Záměrem projektu žadatele je rekonstrukce budovy obecního úřadu na 3 sociální by. V rámci stavebních úprav objektu vznikne 3x 3+KK o velikosti 62,2m2, 62,2m2 a o velikosti 64,8m2. Uživateli sociálního bytu budou osoby z cílové skupiny dané výzvou IROP č. 34. The intention of the applicant’s project is to reconstruct the building of the municipal office to 3 social by. As part of the building modifications, 3x 3+KK will be created with a size of 62,2 m², 62,2 m² and 64,8 m². The users of the social apartment will be persons from the target group given by IROP challenge 34. The social apartment meets the parameters of social housing, defined for IROP, technical parameters, financial parameters, conditions of segregation and treatment of social flats. (English)
