Základním cílem projektu je rekonstrukce bytu v bytovém domě pro potřeby sociálního bydlení a pořízení nezbytného základního vybavení. Obecně se jedná o zkvalitnění veřejných služeb a podmínek života pro obyvatele regionů v podobě investice do sociální infrastruktury, které přispívají k celostátnímu, regionálnímu a místnímu rozvoji, snižování nerovností, pokud jde o zdravotní stav, podporou sociálního začlenění díky lepšímu přístupu k sociálním, kulturním a rekreačním službám. a.
