    Dairy ingredients jsou důležitou složkou při formování mnoha funkčních, ale i základních potravin. Projekt si klade za cíl vyvinout nové technologické postupy usnadňujících výrobu výrobků s předepsanou specifikací pomocí integrovaných membránových a elektro-membránových procesů s využitím ED při teplotě 75. Aplikačně je projekt soustředěn zejména na možnosti přípravy termostabilních syrovátkových proteinů, ale i na zpracování koncentrátových odpadních produktů nebo meziproduktů z výroby. a. (Czech)
