    Cílem projektu je vyvinout redundantní řídicí, měřící a komunikační systém CMP pro multifyzikální mechatronickou platformu využitelnou v těžebním, leteckém, automobilovém nebo petrochemickém průmyslu a jeho primární konfiguraci CMP-1 pro plazmové vrtání velmi hlubokých vrtů. Systém využije pro komunikaci a měření optická vlákna a nově vyvinutý optovláknový senzorický systém pro měření fyzikálních veličin.
