Žadatelem o dotaci je společnost EVPÚ Defence a.s., jež se zabývá výrobou systémů pro monitorování a pozorování včetně softwaru pro jejich ovládání. V rámci tohoto projektu plánuje společnost zahájení výroby inovovaného manipulátoru MSR-2 s jedinečnými technickými i užitnými vlastnostmi. Produkt nalezne uplatnění v oblasti ochrany hranic, letišť a dalších střežených prostor.
