Przedmiotem projektu jest realizacja zadania w trybie zaprojektuj i wybuduj dotycząca "Adaptacji budynku byłej szkoły tzw. „Ekonomika” położonego w Barlinku przy ul. Jeziornej 8 na cele Centrum Wsparcia Rodziny, Urzędu Stanu Cywilnego".W zakresie inwestycji przewidziano m.in.:1)Adaptację pomieszczeń na I piętrze przedmiotowego budynku na cele Urzędu Stanu Cywilnego oraz Centrum Wsparcie Rodziny;2)Adaptację nieużytkowego poddasza dla jednostek jw. 3)Adaptację części pomieszczeń piwnicy na archiwum zakładowe; 4) Budowę dźwigu osobowego zewnętrznego dla obsługi osób niepełnosprawnych;5)Roboty w zakresie instalacji wewnętrznych w budynku 6). Termomodernizacja budynku, 7). Zagospodarowanie terenu wokół budynku,8). Wyposażenie Centrum Wsparcia Rodziny. Etapami rzeczowymi będzie 1)dokumentacja projektowa, 2) roboty budowlane i adaptacyjne (tym także termomodernizacja i zagospodarowanie terenu) oraz wyposażenie obiektu, 3) zarządzenie projektem, 4) promocja . The object of the project is to carry out the task in a design and build mode concerning "Adaptation of the building of the former school. “Economics” located in Barlink on ul. Lake 8 for the purposes of the Family Support Centre, the Office of Civil State".In the area of the investment, among others:1)Adaptation of premises on the first floor of the building for the purposes of the Civil State Office and the Family Support Centre;2)Adaptation of a non-useful attic for units of jw. 3)Adapting part of the basement rooms to the factory archives; 4) Construction of an external lift for disabled persons;5)Robots in the field of internal installation in building 6). Thermal modernisation of the building, 7). Development of the area around the building,8). Equipment of the Family Support Centre. The material stages will be 1) design documentation, 2) construction and adaptation works (including thermal modernisation and land development) and equipment of the facility, 3) project management, 4) promotion.
