Przedmiotem projektu jest budowa Zakładu Aktywności Zawodowej „Szansa” w Choszcznie do 31.12.2018r.(typ 3 proj.),zatrudniającego 25 os.ze znacznym i umiarkowanym stopniem niepełnosprawności z terenu Powiatu choszczeńskiego Zakres rzeczowy/ realizacja/etapy: 1. Zamówienia publiczne:wyłonienie wykonawcy na zadanie zaprojektowania ZAZ i uzyskanie pozwolenia na budowę, 2. Budowa budynku:konstrukcje i elementy budowlane(stan:zerowy,surowy,wykończony wewnętrzny),wyposażenie obiektu(pracowownia ogrodniczo-porządkowa, pracownia rozbiórki sprzętu elektronicznego,zaplecze szatniowo-sanitarne,sala rehabilitacyjna itp.),instalacje i urządzenia elektroenergetyczne, instalacje sanitarne itp.) 3. Zagospodarowanie terenu:budowa dróg dojazdowych,parkingów i ciągów pieszych z kostki betonowej,ogrodzenie terenu,zagospodarowanie terenów zielonych, obsianie oraz obsadzenie itp. 4. Zakończenie i oddanie obiektu do użytku:odbiór końcowy przez inwestora,odbiór przez powiatowego inspektorabudowy wraz z uzyskaniem decyzji na użytkowanie. The subject of the project is the construction of the Vocational Activity Department “Opportunities” in Choszowo until 31.12.2018.(type 3 of the project), employing 25 people with a significant and moderate degree of disability from the area of Choshchno County Scope/implementation/stages: 1. Public procurement:exposure of the contractor for the task of designing the ZAZ and obtaining a construction permit, 2. Construction of the building: constructions and building elements(zero, raw,completed internal),equipment of the facility(garden and orderwork, demolition studio of electronic equipment, locker room and sanitary facilities, rehabilitation room, etc.), electrical installations and appliances, sanitary facilities, etc.) 3. Land development: construction of access roads, parks and pedestrian routes made of concrete cube, fenced land, management of green areas, sowing and planting, etc. 4. Completion and commissioning of the facility: final reception by the investor, reception by the district inspector and obtaining a decision for use.
