Celem proj. jest podniesienie kompetencji i uzyskanie kwalifikacji kluczowych w zakresie zawodu Administrator Systemów Komputerowych (60 os.) i Grafik Komputerowy (60os.) wśród 120 osób powyżej 18 roku życia (w tym 63K, 57M) zamieszkujących lub/i pracujących lub/i uczących się w rozumieniu Kodeksu Cywilnego obszar Koszalińsko-Kołobrzesko-Białogardzkiego Obszaru Funkcjonalnego, które z własnej inicjatywy zgłaszają chęć udziału w projekcie w okresie VIII.2017-XII.2018. Kursy poprzedzone będą indywidualnym dor. edukacyjno-zaw. W ramach proj. zrealizowane zostaną kursy Administratora Systemów Komp - 4gr. x 15 os., zakończone procesem walidacji i egzaminacji (IC3, CompTIA IT Fundamentals, a także kursy Grafika komputerowego - 4 gr. x 15 os., zakończone procesem walidacji i egzaminacji (Adobe Associate Photoshop i Ilustrator). Wszystkie działania będą real. w sposób umożliwiający udział os. niepełnosprawnych. Proj. umożliwi nauczycielom wzrost kompetencji i kwalifikacji w zakresie nauczania, organizacji procesów edu. i wychowawczych. W celu optymalizacji efektów przyjęto adekwatną formę wsparcia (zajęcia w niewielkich gr.) i właściwą metodę pracy z odbiorcami (dużo ćwiczeń praktycznych). Rezultaty przewidują wzrost kwalifikacji przez min. 80% UP. The aim of the project is to increase competences and to obtain key qualifications in the field of the profession of Computer System Administrator (60 persons) and Computer Graphic (60 people) among 120 people over 18 years of age (including 63K, 57M) living and/or working or/and learners within the meaning of the Civil Code, Kołobrzeg-Belalobrzeg-Białagardzki Functional Area, who, on their own initiative, declare their willingness to participate in the project in the period VIII.2017-II. Courses will be preceded by individual education-zaw. As part of the project, courses of System Administrator Komp – 4gr. x 15 people will be completed, completed by the process of validation and examination (IC3, CompTIA IT Fundamentals, as well as Computer Graphics courses – 4 gr. x 15 people, completed by the process of validation and examination (Adobe Associate Photoshop and Ilustrator). All actions will be real in such a way as to enable people with disabilities to participate. The project will enable teachers to increase their competences and qualifications in the field of teaching, organisation of edu processes and educational processes. In order to optimise the effects, an appropriate form of support (taken up in small games) and an appropriate method of working with the recipients (a lot of practical exercises) has been adopted. The results predict an increase in qualification by at least 80 % of UP.
