Interesariuszom Projektu(mieszkańcom gminy i kontrahentom) zostaną udostępnione 3 e-usługi związane z obsługą i rozliczaniem dostaw wody i odprowadzania ścieków przez Gminę Sępopol, w tym: 1. Usługa dostępu do faktur elektronicznych z możliwością płatności on-line (stopień dojrzałości 4). 2. Usługa zgłoszenia przez użytkownika zaistniałego zdarzenia np. awarii. 3. Usługa kontroli terminów np. legalizacji. konserwacji wodomierza. System E-usługi będzie zlokalizowany na nowym serwerze Wnioskodawcy i będzie dostępny przez publiczną sieć w oparciu o elektroniczne biuro obsługi klienta oraz aplikację mobilną na telefony komórkowe. Do systemu będzie można się zalogować z wykorzystaniem ePUAP. Zamontowanie radiowych nakładek na 2109 szt. urządzeń pomiaru wody na sieci wodociągowej obsługiwanej przez ZGKiUM, umożliwi zdalny odczyt zużycia mediów w różnych obiektach budowlanych na terenie Gminy Sępopol. Dane z modułów radiowych będą zbierane z wykorzystaniem systemu nadzoru telemetrycznego PDA (2 zestawy: terminal, moduł komunikacyjny oraz oprogramowanie inkasenckie). Uzyskane w ten sposób dane będą wykorzystywane do świadczenia e-usług (umożliwi to szybkie,regularne wystawianie e-faktur, dane z liczników zgodne ze stanem faktycznym ,w pełni wery?kowalne nawet 12 miesięcy od dokonania odczytów przez inkasenta). Zakupiony w ramach Projektu sprzęt komputerowy(serwer,1 zestaw PC,drukarka) umożliwi sprawną implementację i obsługę systemu e-usług i interesariuszy. Etapy realizacji Projektu: - etap przygotowawczy - studium wykonaln. - wyłonienie wykonawcy usług informatycznych i dostawcy wyposażenia zgodnie z Ustawą PZP - wykonanie i odbiór usług oraz dostawa wyposażenia - rozliczenie projektu. Projekt wpisuje się w założenia SzOOP RPO WiM dla III Osi poprzez zwiększenie podaży publicznych usług świadczonych drogą elektr. oraz udostępnianie w sieci informacji sektora publicznego dzięki świadczeniu 3 szt. e-usług dla obywateli i kontrahentów w zakresie gosp. wod-kan. 3 e-services related to the operation and settlement of water supply and waste water discharge by the Municipality of Sępopol, including: 1. Service of access to electronic invoices with the possibility of online payment (degree of maturity 4). 2. The service of reporting an event by the user, e.g. failure. 3. Time control service e.g. legalisation. maintenance of water meter. The E-service system will be located on the Applicant’s new server and will be accessible through a public network based on an electronic customer service office and a mobile application for mobile phones. You will be able to log into the system using ePUAP. The installation of radio overlays for 2109 units of water measuring devices on the water supply network operated by ZGKiUM will allow remote reading of media consumption in various construction facilities in the municipality of Sępopol. Data from radio modules will be collected using the telemetric surveillance system PDA (2 sets: terminal, communication module and collection software). The data obtained in this way will be used to provide e-services (this allows quick, regular issuing of e-invoices, data from meters in accordance with the actual state, fully verifiable up to 12 months after readings by the collector). Computer hardware purchased as part of the Project (server,1 PC set, printer) will allow efficient implementation and operation of e-services and stakeholders system. Stages of Project Implementation: — preparatory stage – executable study. — selection of the contractor of IT services and equipment provider in accordance with the PZP Act – performance and reception of services and delivery of equipment – settlement of the project. The project fits into the assumptions of the SzOOP RPO WiM for III Axis by increasing the supply of public electricity services and providing public sector information through the provision of 3 pieces of e-services for citizens and contractors in the field of water and sewerage.
