CEL:podniesienie poziomu aktywność społeczno-zawodowej oraz zwiększenie zdolności do zatrudnienia 312 osób należących do grupy docelowej osiągnięta poprzez realizację kompleksowego wsparcia od 09.2018 do 03.2020 prowadzącą do osiągnięcia efektywności społecznej i zatrudnieniowej. DZIAŁANIA: •identyfikacja potrzeb oraz diagnozowanie możliwości w zakresie doskonalenia społeczno-zawodowego,m.in.poprzez opracowanie ścieżki reintegracji oraz IPD •poradnictwo psychologiczne •warsztaty kompetencji społecznych •jobcoaching •szkolenia zawodowe z modułem uzupełniającym ICT •staż GRUPA DOCELOWA: 312 osób zagrożonych ryzykiem ubóstwa lub wykluczenia społecznego,w tym osoby bezrobotne, wobec których zastosowanie wyłącznie instrumentów i usług rynku pracy jest niewystarczające i istnieje konieczność zastosowania w pierwszej kolejności usług aktywnej integracji o charakterze społecznym, mieszkające poza MOF Olsztyna i MOF Ełku, w wieku 18-64l.zamieszkujących na terenie gmin objętych wsparciem,w których % osób korzystających ze świadczeń pomocy społecznej jest wyższy niż średni % na terenie woj.warmińsko-mazurskiego w rozumieniu Kodeksu Cywilnego. Skład: -min.60%uczestników-kobiety -min.10%uczestników-osoby z niepełnosprawnościami -min.30%uczestników- osoby długotrwale bezrobotne -max.70%uczestników-osoby bierne zawodowo REZULTATY: •nabycie kwalifikacji przez uczestników(Liczba osób,które uzyskały kwalifikacje-min.60% uczestników) •podjęcie pracy przez uczestników projektu(Liczba osób pracujących,łącznie z prowadzącymi działalność na własny rachunek,po opuszczeniu programu-min.25% uczestników) •poszukiwanie pracy/ zmiana statusu na rynku pracy(Liczba osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym poszukujących pracy po opuszczeniu programu -min.50% z osób biernych i nieposzukujących pracy) (Polish)

Objective: to increase the level of socio-occupational activity and increase the employability of 312 people in the target group achieved by implementing comprehensive support from 09.2018 to 03.2020 leading to social and employment efficiency.
