Przedmiotem projektu jest termomodernizacja budynku Szkoły Podstawowej im. Leśników Polskich w Galinach, (Galiny 69, 11-200 Bartoszyce). Do zakresu rzeczowego projektu należy: 1. Przebudowa części magazynowej szkoły na oddział przedszkolny (k. niekwalifikowane) 2. Roboty budowlane-branża elektryczna (k. niekwalifikowane) 3. Roboty budowlane-branża elektryczna (wymiana oświetlenia) (k. kwalifikowane) 4. Roboty budowlane-branża sanitarna (k. niekwalifikowane) 5. Roboty budowlane - branża sanitarna (instalacja c.o.) (k. kwalifikowalne) - wymiana c.o. 6. Roboty budowlane-branża teletechniczna (k. niekwalifikowane) 7. Wnioskodawca planuje przeprowadzić przetarg na wyłonienie wykonawcy robót budowlanych, który wykona wszystkie prace budowlane we wskazanym terminie. Planowany termin realizacji to 30-05-2019 - 30-11-2020. Inwestorem projektu będzie Gmina Bartoszyce. Wnioskodawca jest przygotowany do realizacji projektu, posiada niezbędną dokumentację techniczną, audyt energetyczny, kosztorysy, pozwolenia na. Odbiorcami projektu będą wszyscy mieszkańcy Gminy Bartoszyce, uczniowie i kadra dydaktyczna. Po zakończeniu realizacji projektu operatorem jej produktów będzie Szkoła Podstawowa im. Leśników Polskich w Galinach. Projekt jest zgodny z Działaniem 4.3 Kompleksowa modernizacja energetyczna budynków, Poddziałaniem 4.3.1 Efektywność energetyczna w budynkach publicznych RPO WiM. The subject of the project is the thermal modernisation of the building of the Primary School of Polish Forestry in Galina, (Galinas 69, 11-200 Bartoszyce). The project’s material scope shall include: 1. Conversion of the warehouse part of the school into a kindergarten ward (non-qualified) 2. Construction-electric work (k. ineligible) 3. Construction-electric work (light exchange) (qualified k.) 4. Construction and sanitary work (k. ineligible) 5. Construction works – sanitary industry (installation of central heating) (e.g. eligible) – exchange of central 6. Construction and teletechnical works (k. ineligible) 7. Thermal modernisation works (k.e.eligible) a. Warming of the outer walls of the building b. Warming of the floor of the ceiling of the main building A c.Heathering of the building’s roof B d. Warming of the ceiling of the body C 5.Replacement of old windows and external doors 8. Land development and construction of auxiliary facilities (k. ineligible) 9. Investor supervision (qualified and ineligible) 10.Promotion (qualified) 11.Natural experiments (qualified k.) 12 Feasibility study (qualified k.) The project has not yet started and will be implemented in one step. The applicant plans to tender for the selection of the contractor who will perform all the construction work within the specified time limit. The planned completion date is 30-05-2019-30-11-2020. The investor of the project will be the municipality of Bartoszyce. The applicant is prepared to carry out the project, has the necessary technical documentation, energy audit, cost estimates, permits. The recipients of the project will be all residents of Bartoszyce commune, students and teaching staff. After completion of the project, the operator of its products will be the Primary School of Polish Forestry in Galina. The project is compatible with Measure 4.3 Comprehensive energy modernisation of buildings, sub-measure 4.3.1 Energy efficiency in public buildings RPO WiM. (English)
