Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia wśród osób bezrobotnych zarejestrowanych w urzędzie pracy w wieku powyżej 30 roku życia (os. długotrwale bezrobotne, os.z niepełnosprawnościami, os. starsze w wieku powyżej 50 roku życia, os. o niskich kwalifikacjach, kobiety). Projekt realizowany będzie na terenie powiatu braniewskiego Okres realizacji projektu 01.01.2019-31.12.2019, rekrutacja uczestników do 31.12.2019. W ramach projektu wsparciem zostaną objęte osoby opisane wyżej, którym zostanie przeprowadzona analiza predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych poprzez usługę pośrednictwa pracy, poradnictwa zawodowego. Każdorazowo przygotowane zostaną IPD,o których mowa w art.2 ust.1 pkt 10a i art 34a ustawy o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy lub inny dokument pełniącego analogiczna funkcję, a dla osób które je posiadają zostaną one zaktualizowane. Każdy uczestnik otrzyma ofertę wsparcia, obejmująca takie formy pomocy, które zostaną zidentyfikowane u niego jako niezbędne w celu poprawy sytuacji na rynku pracy. Planowany zakres wsparcia to następujące zadania: staże dla79osób Uczestnikom odbywającym staż będziemy refundować częściowy zwrot opieki na dzieckiem do lat 7.Wpłata jednorazowych środków na podjecie działalności gospodarczej dla 22osób. Refundacja kosztów wyposażenia lub doposażenia stanowiska pracy dla 44osób oraz prace interwencyjne zorganizowane dla 128osób .W ramach projektu planujemy zaktywizować 273osób126K/143M Dzięki zastosowanym instrumentom wsparcia stworzone zostaną warunki oraz pomoc w podjęciu zatrudnienia lub poprawa sytuacji na rynku pracy.Uczestnicy projektu zostaną objęci również usługą pośrednictwa pracy/poradnictwa zawodowego. The aim of the project is to increase employment opportunities among unemployed persons registered in the employment office over the age of 30 (persons long-term unemployed, people with disabilities, older people aged over 50 years, low-skilled people, women). The project will be carried out in Braniew county Duration of the project 01.01.2019-31.12.2019, recruitment of participants up to 31.12.2019. The project will support the persons described above, who will be able to analyse professional predispositions and problems through intermediation services, vocational guidance. Each time the IPD referred to in Article 2(1)(a) and Article 34a of the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions or any other document carrying out an analogous function will be prepared and updated for those who have them. Each participant will receive an offer of support, including forms of assistance which will be identified as necessary in order to improve the situation on the labour market. The planned scope of support shall be the following: traineeships for79persons Participants taking an internship will be reimbursed partial reimbursement of childcare under the age of 7.Payment of one-off funds for business activity for 22 persons. Reimbursement of the costs of equipment or retrofitting of the workstation for 44 persons and intervention work organised for 128 people.As part of the project, we plan to activate 273 persons126K/143M Thanks to the support instruments used, conditions and assistance will be created to take up employment or improve the situation on the labour market.
