Wnioskodawcą projektu jest Gminne Centrum Zdrowia Zespół Publicznych Zakładów Opieki Zdrowotnej w Olsztynku. Zakład powstał w 1998 r. w Olsztynku i jest zarejestrowany w KRS pod numerem: 0000000992. Placówka funkcjonuje w publicznym systemie opieki zdrowotnej, a także w systemie komercyjnym, pod nr PKD 86.21.Z. Podmiot podlega wpisowi do Rejestru Podmiotów Wykonujących Działalność Leczniczą, Numer Księgi Rejestrowej 000000015330, data wpisu 07.09.1998 r. Obszar działania placówki obejmuje miasto Olsztynek wraz z powiatem olsztyńskim oraz sąsiadujące powiaty: szczycieński, nidzicki, ostródzki, miasto Olsztyn. W wyniku realizacji projektu nastąpi dostosowanie obiektu do założeń dotyczących informatyzacji placówek ochrony zdrowia m.in. wymagań prawnych z zakresu wdrożenia elektronicznej dokumentacji medycznej. Celem głównym projektu jest poprawa jakości i dostępności usług medycznych świadczonych przez Gminne Centrum Zdrowia Zespół Publicznych Zakładów Opieki Zdrowotnej w Olsztynku poprzez wdrożenie zintegrowanego systemu informatycznego. Harmonogram realizacji projektu: • Przeprowadzenie analizy przedwdrożeniowej w celu określenia sposobu implementacji rozwiązań; • Zakup infrastruktury informatycznej; • Zakup niezbędnych licencji; • Prace wdrożeniowe związane z dostosowaniem rozwiązania do wymagań odbiorców (instalacja, konfiguracja) • Przeprowadzenie szkolenia z obsługi systemu dla kadry placówki. The project applicant is the Municipal Health Centre, the team of public health establishments in Olsztynk. The plant was established in 1998 in Olsztynk and is registered in the National Court Register under the number: 0000000992. The institution operates in the public health care system, as well as in the commercial system, under no. PKD 86.21.Z. The subject is subject to entry in the Register of Entities Exercising Medicinal Activities, Register Book Number 000000015330, date of entry 07.09.1998. The area of operation of the institution includes the city of Olsztynek, together with the districts of Olsztyn and neighbouring powiats: the city of Olsztyn, Nidzicki, Orodzki, Olsztyn. Municipal Health Centre The team of public health care establishments in Olsztyn provides the following services: basic health care, emergency medical care, outpatient specialist care, rehabilitation. The aim of the project is the implementation of an integrated IT system, whose task is to improve the quality of medical services provided, as well as improve the efficiency of the institution’s management and ensure the possibility of long-term development. As a result of the project, the facility will be adapted to the assumptions concerning computerisation of health care institutions, among others, legal requirements for the implementation of electronic medical documentation. The main objective of the project is to improve the quality and availability of medical services provided by the Municipal Health Centre Team of Public Health Care Departments in Olsztynk through the implementation of an integrated IT system. Timetable for the implementation of the project: • Pre-implementation analysis to determine how solutions are implemented; • Purchase of IT infrastructure; • Purchase of the necessary licenses; • Implementation work related to adapting the solution to the requirements of the recipients (installation, configuration) • A training in system operation for the staff of the facility.
