Przedmiotem projektu jest modernizacja i przebudowa budynku Miejskiego Ośrodka Kultury na potrzeby działalności Centrum Wspierania Rodziny. Lokalizacja projektu: Miasto Pasym (ul. Rynek 10A) na dz. nr 106, 107, 108 i 111 obr.4, Pasym. Zakres projektu: prace rozbiórkowe, prace budowlane, wyposażenie. Szczeg. informacje na temat zakresu rzecz. i przyjętych rozwiązań znajduje się w rozdz. 2.2 studium wyk. oraz w wyciągu dokum. techn. będącej załączn. do wniosku. Projekt wpisuje się w założenia SZOOP RPOWiM 2014-2020, Oś priorytetowa 8 Obszary wymagające rewitalizacji, Cel tematyczny 9 Promowanie włączenia społecznego, walka z ubóstwem i wszelka dyskryminacją, Priorytet inwestycyjny 9 b – wspieranie rewitalizacji fizycznej, gospodarczej i społecznej ubogich społeczności na obszarach miejskich i wiejskich,Cel szczegółowy: Lepsza jakość życia społeczności zamieszkujących obszary problemowe. Projekt wynika z LPR Pasymia, przyczynia się do integracji mieszkańców i do wyprowadzenia ze stanu kryzysowego zdegradowanego obszaru, jego kompleksowej rewitalizacji fizycznej, gospodarczej i przestrzennej. Projekt promuje włączenie społeczne, walkę z ubóstwem i wszelką dyskryminacją. Zrewitalizowany obszar pozwoli na aktywizację lokalnej społeczności zamieszkującej zdegradowane obszary, w tym osoby niepełnosprawne, przez co jakość życia (zdrowotnego, społecznego) zostanie podniesiona. Wśród etapów realizacji przeds. wymienia się: oprac. dokumentacji techn., studium wyk., roboty budowlane, nadzór inwestorski, promocja projektu. Cały zakres inw. wdrażany będzie przez beneficjenta, tj. Gminę Pasym, która wyodrębniła ze swej struktury zespół pracowników odpowiedz. za wdrożenie projektu, którzy posiadają wysokie kwalifikacje i doświad. w realizacji projektów wdrożonych w latach 2007-2013, co potwierdza rozdział 2.4 studium. The subject of the project is the modernisation and reconstruction of the Municipal Cultural Centre building for the operation of the Family Support Centre. Location of the project: City of Pasym (ul. Market 10A) for 106, 107, 108 and 111 rpm, Belt. Scope of the project: demolition works, construction work, equipment. For details on the scope of the item and the solutions adopted, see section. 2.2 study and in the techn. documentation annexed to the application. The project fits into the assumptions of SZOOP RPOWiM 2014-2020, Priority Axis 8 Areas requiring revitalisation, Thematic objective 9 Promotion of social inclusion, fight against poverty and all discrimination, Investment priority 9 b – support for physical, economic and social rehabilitation of poor communities in urban and rural areas,Specific objective: Better quality of life for communities living in problem areas. The project stems from the LPR Pasymia, contributes to the integration of residents and to the removal of the degraded area from the crisis state, its comprehensive physical, economic and spatial revitalisation. The project promotes social inclusion, the fight against poverty and all discrimination. The revitalised area will allow the activation of local communities living in degraded areas, including people with disabilities, thus improving the quality of life (health and social). The stages of the pre-sale are: technical documentation, study, construction work, investor supervision, project promotion. The entire scope will be implemented by the beneficiary, i.e. The commune of Pasym, which distinguished from its structure a team of employees responsible for the implementation of the project, who are highly qualified and experienced in the implementation of the projects implemented in the years 2007-2013, which is confirmed by chapter 2.4 of the study.
