Projekt „Termomodernizacja budynków użyteczności publicznej przez inwestycje w energię pochodzącą ze źródeł energii odnawialnej na terenie Gminy Sitkówka-Nowiny.” został zaplanowany jako kompleksowa głęboka termomodernizacja budynków wchodzących w skład ZSP w Nowinach i jednego z bud. ośr. zdrowia w gminie S-N –tj. przychodni w msc. Sitkówka. Projekt stanowi samodzielną jednostkę analizy i został zaplanowany w oparciu o audyt energetyczny. Nastąpi zmniejszenie rocznego zapotrzebowania na ciepło do ogrzewania budynków oraz do przygotowania cieplej wody użytk. Realizatorem proj. jest Gmina S-N. Okres realizacji 01.04.2016-30.06.2018r. Projekt nie jest projektem generującym dochód. Wartość proj. 1102059,09, dofinansowanie 886332,42. Inwestycja wynika z Planu Gospodarki Niskoemisyjnej dla gminy S-N i będzie realizowana na obszarze objętym Rewitalizacją. Projekt zakłada wskaźniki: roczny spadek emisji gazów cieplarnianych o 130,6 tony równoważnika CO2/rok; zmniejszenie rocznego zużycia energii pierwotnej 472074,2 kWh/rok; ilość zaoszczędz. energii cieplnej – 1544,97GJ/rok; zmniejszenie zużycia energii końcowej -1554,43 GJ/rok; powierzchnia użytkowa budynków poddanych termomodernizacji 5973,27 m2; liczba zmodernizowanych energetycznie budynków-2. W budynkach zostaną przeprowadzone prace termomodernizacyjne mające na celu zwiększenie efektywności energetycznej budynków. W ZSP w Nowinach zaplanowano zastosowanie odnawialnych źródeł energii (instalacji fotowoltaicznej), modernizację kotłowni c.o. (z oleju na gaz), docieplenie i wymianę stolarki, w przychodni w Sitkówce – ocieplenie ścian, modernizację kotłowni, c.w.u, i wentylacji oraz wymianę stolarki. Cele projektu są zbieżne z celami priorytetu inwestycyjnego 4c – zwiększona efektywność energetyczna budynków publicznych oraz sektora mieszkaniowego. (Polish)

The project “Termomodernisation of public utility buildings by investments in renewable energy sources in the municipality of Sitkówka-Nowiny” was planned as a comprehensive thermal modernisation of buildings that are part of the ZSP in Nowiny and one of the buildings about health in the municipality of S-N – i.e. the clinic in the city. It’s a Sitkówka. The project is an independent unit of analysis and is planned on the basis of an energy audit. There will be a reduction in the annual demand for heating of buildings and for the preparation of hot water. The project is realised by the Municipality of S-N. Implementation period 01.04.2016-30.06.2018r. The project is not a revenue-generating project. The value of the project. 1102059,09, funding 886332,42. The investment results from the Low-Emission Economy Plan for the S-N commune and will be implemented in the revitalisation area. The project includes indicators: an annual decrease in greenhouse gas emissions by 130.6 tonnes of CO2 equivalent/year; reduction of annual primary energy consumption of 472074,2 kWh/year; the amount of heat savings – 1544,97GJ/year; reduction of final energy consumption -1554.43 GJ/year; the usable area of buildings undergoing a thermal upgrade of 5973,27 m²; number of energy-renovated buildings-2. Thermal retrofitting will be carried out in buildings to improve the energy efficiency of buildings. In the ZSP in Nowany the use of renewable energy sources (photovoltaic installation), modernisation of the boiler room (from oil to gas), warming and replacement of carpentry, in the clinic in Sitkówka – wall warming, modernisation of boiler rooms, central heating and ventilation and replacement of carpentry. The objectives of the project are in line with the objectives of investment priority 4c – increased energy efficiency of public buildings and the housing sector. (English)
