CEL GŁÓWNY: Podniesiona aktywność społeczna i zawodowa wśród 72os. (44K),w tym ON,zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym,które uczą się,pracują,zamieszkują w roz.KC na obszarze OSI w WŚ (obszary wiejskie) (zgodnie z opisem GD) poprzez objęcie kompleksowym i zindywidualizowanym wsparciem w okresie od 01.10.2018r do 30.09.2019r. GRUPA DOCELOWA: 72UP (44K),w tym ON, os. zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym, w min. 70% (31K;20M)stanowią os. należące do III profilu pomocy, których aktywizacja zawodowa odbywa się we współpracy z właściwym PUP/MUP poprzez realizację IPD. ON stanowią, co najmniej 5%UP. Maksymalnie 10% osób to os. z wykształceniem wyższym. Projekt jest skierowany wyłącznie do os. z obszarów wiejskich położonych na terenie Obszaru Strategicznej Interwencji (OSI)-obszary o najgorszym dostępie do usług publicznych, które uczą się, pracują lub zamieszkują w roz. przepisów KC na obszarze wiejskim OSI (na terenach gmin wymienionych w pkt. 1.9 wniosku o dofinans.) ZADANIA: 1. Diagnoza potrzeb i potencjału UP (6h) 2. Warsztaty motywacyjne (Kuźnia optymizmu, Orle gniazdo) (20h) 3. Warsztaty aktywnego poszukiwania pracy (12h) 4. Szkolenia zawodowe (śr.80h) 5. Szkolenia komputerowe (śr.60h) 6. Staż zawodowy (3m-ce) 7. MAIN OBJECTIVE: Increased social and professional activity among 72 people. (44K), including ON, at risk of poverty or social exclusion, who are learning, working, living in the area of CCIs in WWS (rural areas) (as described by GD) through comprehensive and personalised support in the period from 01.10.2018 to 30.09.2019. TARGET GROUP: 72UP (44K), including ON, people at risk of poverty or social exclusion, at least 70 % (31K; 20M) are persons belonging to the III aid profile whose professional activation takes place in cooperation with the relevant PUP/MUP through the implementation of the IPD. He represents, at least 5 % of the PUP. Up to 10 % of people are persons with tertiary education. The project is aimed exclusively at rural areas located in the Strategic Intervention Area (OSI)-areas with the worst access to public services that learn, work or reside in the various regulations of the CCC in the rural area of the OSI (in the municipalities listed in point). 1.9 request for funding.)
