Głównym celem P jest wzrost aktywności społecznej i zawodowej u 60os. (40K, 20M; w tym 20 osób z orzeczeniem o niepełnosprawności) zagrożonych ubóstwem i wykluczeniem społecznym z gminy Połaniec poprzez kompleksowe podejście do UP tj. objęcie wsparciem psychologicznym, doradcy zawodowego, a także organizację kursów zawodowych i staży, które wzmocnią ich szanse na rynku pracy.Główne wskaźniki rezultatu:Liczba osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym,które uzyskały kwalifikacje po opuszczeniu programu; Liczba osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym pracujących po opuszczeniu programu (łącznie z pracującymi na własny rachunek), Liczba osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym poszukujących pracy po opuszczeniu programu. Główne wskaźniki produktu: Liczba osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym objętych wsparciem w programie, Liczba osób z niepełnosprawnościami objętych wsparciem w programie. P będzie realizowany na terenie M i G Połaniec i obejmie wsparciem jej mieszkańców, którzy są jednocześnie klientami OPS.Grupa docelowa stanowi 60os (40 K i 20 M) klientów OPS Połaniec, mieszkańców M i G Połaniec.P będzie realizowany od 1 lutego 2017 do 31 lipca 2018 r. Główne działania: poradnictwo zawodowe, psychologiczne,kursy/szkolenia, staże oraz realizacja kontraktów socjalnych (KS). Cała wartość P wynosi 1 986 473,20 zł, z tego kwota dofinansowania - 1 671 833,20 zł, wkład własny 314 640,00 zł. Okres realizacji projektu luty 2017r - lipiec 2018r. The main goal of P is to increase social and occupational activity in 60os. (40K, 20M; including 20 people with a disability ruling) at risk of poverty and social exclusion from the municipality of Połaniec through a comprehensive approach to PP, i.e. psychological support, professional counselling, as well as the organisation of vocational courses and traineeships that will strengthen their chances on the labour market.Main result indicators:Number of people at risk of poverty or social exclusion who have obtained qualifications after leaving the programme; Number of people at risk of poverty or social exclusion after leaving the programme (including self-employed), number of people at risk of poverty or social exclusion after leaving the programme. Main product indicators: Number of people at risk of poverty or social exclusion supported in the programme, Number of persons with disabilities supported in the programme. The target group consists of 60os (40 K and 20 M) of OPS customers Połaniec, residents of M and G Połaniec.P will be implemented from 1 February 2017 to 31 July 2018. professional, psychological counseling, courses/training, internships and implementation of social contracts (KS). The total value of P is PLN 1 986 473.20, including the amount of co-financing – PLN 1,671 833,20, and own contribution PLN 314 640.00.
