Projekt jest skierowany do mieszkańców obszaru rewitalizowanego (obszar rewitalizacji miasta E- Południe) w Gminie Nowy Staw. Grupę docelową (GD) stanowi 50 os.- niepełnol. i dorośli z rodzin dysfunkcyjnych, w tym 30K i 20M. Diagnoza i dane MOPS wskazują, że największe problemy GD to ubóstwo, wyuczona bezradność, długotrw. bezrob., niskie wykształcenie, trudności wychowawcze, uzależnienia, przemoc domowa. GD objęta zostanie wsparciem w ramach Centrum Wsparcia Rodziny (CWR), w tym zajęciami w ramach placówki wsparcia dziennego w formule opiekuńczej i specjalist. (w oparciu o ustawę o wspieraniu rodziny i pieczy zastępczej) oraz wsparciem w ramach poradni dla rodziców i opiekunów (różnorodne działania wspierające kompetencje rodzicielskie). Celem głównym projektu jest minimalizacja negatywnych zjawisk społecznych związanych z funkcjonowaniem rodzin na obszarze miasta E (Południe) poprzez zwiększenie dostępu do specjalist. usług społ. w zakresie wsparcia rodziny i pieczy zastępczej. Cele szczegółowe: 1. Objęcie wsparciem 50 osób (30K, 20M) zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym usługami społ. świadczonymi w interesie ogólnym w Programie. 2. Utworzenie CWR- jednostki specjalist. skierowanej na świadczenie usług społ. w zakresie wsparcia rodziny i pieczy zastępczej. Działania: Rekrutacja, diagnoza potrzeb i problemów UP. Realizacja zajęć dla dzieci i młodz.- Placówka wsparcia dziennego. Realizacja zajęć dla dorosłych- Poradnia dla rodziców i opiekunów. Zajęcia dla uczestn. projektu będą realizowane w perspektywie dwuletniej. Prowadzenie placówki wsparcia dziennego oraz poradni dla rodziców zostanie powierzone organ. pozarządowym, które zostaną wyłonione w drodze konkursu (tryb art. 190 ustawy z dnia 09.06.2011 r. o wspieraniu rodziny i systemie pieczy zastępczej). W realizację zadań zostanie włączony także MOPS. Głównym efektem projektu będzie wsparcie kompet. rodzin dysfunkcyjnych, a pośrednio zmniejszenie negatywnych zjawisk społ. na obszarze rewitaliz. The project is aimed at the inhabitants of the revitalised area (the area of revitalisation of the city E-South) in Nowy Staw Municipality. The target group (GD) consists of 50 individuals and adults from dysfunctional families, including 30K and 20M. Diagnosis and MOPS data indicate that the biggest problems of GD are poverty, learned helplessness, long-term unemployment, low education, educational difficulties, addiction, domestic violence. GD will be supported within the framework of the Family Support Centre (CWR), including activities within the day support facility in the care formula and specialists. (based on the Law on Family Support and Replacement Care) and support within the framework of a clinic for parents and carers (different actions supporting parental competence). The main objective of the project is to minimise negative social phenomena related to the functioning of families in the city of E (South) by increasing access to community specialists in the field of family support and foster care. Specific objectives: 1. Support for 50 people (30K, 20M) at risk of poverty or social exclusion through services of general interest in the Programme. 2. Creation of CWR- specialised unit. aimed at the provision of community services in the field of family support and foster care. Actions: Recruitment, diagnosis of needs and problems UP. Implementation of classes for children and young people – Day support facility. The implementation of activities for adults- A clinic for parents and caregivers. Classes for the participants of the project will be implemented in a two-year perspective. The running of a day support centre and a parental clinic will be entrusted to a non-governmental body, which will be selected by means of a competition (the mode of Article 190 of the Act of 09.06.2011 on supporting the family and the foster care system). MOPS will also be included in the implementation of tasks. The main effect of the project will be to support the competence of dysfunctional families, and indirectly reduce negative social phenomena in the area of revitalisation. (English)
