Celem firmy AG MOTORS Sp. z o.o. jest wprowadzenie na rynek w latach 2020/2021 autorskiej,oryginalnej w skali międzynarodowej konstrukcji ramy rowerowej wyznaczającej nowe standardy w zakresie technologii wykonania,stanowiącej swoistą awangardę techniczną,konkurującej z obecnymi na rynku produktami przez podwyższone parametry mechaniczne,jakościowe,użytkowe.Niniejszy projekt to nowatorskie podejście badawcze i biznesowe do zagadnienia projektowania-jego przedmiot stanowi pozyskanie nowej wiedzy na styku takich dziedzin nauki, jak mechanika,inżynieria materiałowa,wzornictwo przemysłowe i design,mających praktyczne zastosowanie w konstrukcjach technicznych tworzonych na rzecz branży rowerowej.Zaplanowano do realizacji szereg prac B+R,część z nich realizowana będzie we współpracy z jednostkami naukowymi(rozwój synergii i transferu wiedzy między przedsiębiorstwem i ośrodkami B+R).Bezpośrednim rezultatem projektu będzie rama rowerowa o nowatorskiej konstrukcji,wytworzona z użyciem nowego rodzaju materiałów.O jej istotnej nowości stanowić będą cechy i właściwości,takie jak obniżenie masy roweru o min.500g,wzrost wartości skoku w przedziale 15–30mm w stos.do ramy sztywnej,wzrost wytrzymałości na zmęczenie o min.10%,konkurencyjna cena w por.do produktów dostępnych na rynku.W wyniku realizacji projektu firma wprowadzi na rynek innowację produktową(skala międzynarodowa-komercjalizacja wyników badań poprzez wdrożenie do własnej działalności)i nietechnologiczną(skala firmy),co przełoży się na szereg korzyści ekonomicznych(wzrost przychodów)i pozaekonomicznych(zwiększenie potencjału rozwojowego firmy,poszerzenie udziału w rynku,wejście na nowe rynki zbytu).Projekt wpisuje się w cele I osi priorytetowej i działania 1.2 RPO WP pozwoli firmie zwiększyć aktywność B+R(realizacja nowego projektu B+R,zwiększenie nakładów na B+R).Zgodnie z wymogami projekt obejmuje badania przemysłowe i prace rozwojowe do momentu stworzenia prototypu,walidacji i pierwszej produkcji.
