Celem realizacji projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób w wieku 30 lat i powyżej należących do grup defaworyzowanych pozostających bez pracy w powiecie kozienickim. Grupą docelową projektu jest 251 osób w wieku 30 lat i powyżej należących do grup defaworyzowanych pozostających bez pracy w powiecie kozienickim dla których został określony I lub II profil pomocy. W grupie docelowej projektu są: osoby powyżej 50 roku życia 75 os. (47K, 28M), osoby niepełnosprawne 11 os. (6K, 5M) oraz osoby długotrwale bezrobotne 168 os. (126K, 42M). W ramach projektu dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie Powiatowy Urząd Pracy realizować będzie wsparcie w postaci usług i instrumentów rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase the employability of people aged 30 and over belonging to disadvantaged groups who are unemployed in the Kozienice County. The target group of the project is 251 people aged 30 years and above belonging to disadvantaged groups who are unemployed in the Kozienice district for whom the I or II aid profile has been defined. In the target group of the project are: people over 50 years of age 75 people. (47K, 28M), persons with disabilities 11 persons. (6K, 5M) and long-term unemployed 168 persons. (126K, 42M). As part of the project for each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will precede the analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant. On this basis, the Regional Labour Office will implement support in the form of labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions.
