Projekt dotyczy doposażenia jednostki OSP, która nie uzyskała dofinansowania na zakup samochodu ratowniczo-gaśniczego w ramach RPO WM 2007-13. Gmina Tłuszcz, na terenie której działa OSP, będąca Beneficjentem projektu, jest gminą miejsko-wiejską. Projekt będzie miał wpływ na ochronę terenów cennych przyrodniczo: rezerwaty przyrody: Dębina I, Grabicz, Horowe Bagno, Śliże, Obszary NATURA 2000: stanowiące 3,21% powierzchni powiatu: Torfowiska Czernik, Dolina Dolnego Bugu, Ostoja Nadbużańska, Dolina Liwca, Krogulec, Obszary chronionego krajobrazu/użytek ekologiczny: Nadbużański Park Krajobrazowy, Warszawski Obszar Chronionego Krajobrazu. Działania OSP obejmują wszystkie wymienione obszary. W ramach inwestycji zakupiony zostanie sprzęt z zakresu ochrony przeciwpożarowej, przeciwpowodziowej oraz sprzęt dla specjalistycznych grup ratownictwa technicznego i chemiczno-ekologicznego. Planowany jest zakup średniego samochodu ratowniczo-gaśniczego wraz ze sprzętem zamontowanym na stałe i sprzętem niezamontowanym na stałe: pompą pożarniczą (pompa szlamowa), zestaw ratownictwa technicznego; zestaw ratownictwa chemiczno-ekologicznego; zestaw ratownictwa medycznego, agregat prądotwórczy. OSP Chrzęsne (wchodząca w skład systemu KSRG) posiada 2 samochody średnie Star 244 (rok. prod. 1976 – 40 lat i 1979 – 37 lat) oraz jeden samochód lekki Ford Transit 350 M (rok prod. 2003 – 13 lat). Średni wiek samochodów – 30 lat. Liczba przeprowadzonych działań ratowniczo-gaśniczych w roku 2015 – 93. Potencjał kadrowy OSP w Chrzęsnem obejmuje (zgodnie z danymi Systemu Wspomagania Dowodzenia PSP) 21 ratowników, w tym: 18 ratowników posiadających szkolenie z zakresu ratownictwa technicznego oraz 8 ratowników posiadających kurs Kwalifikowanej Pierwszej Pomocy. Gmina Tłuszcz ubiega się o dofinansowanie na przedmiotową inwestycję, w wysokości 39,99, podwyższając minimalny poziom wkładu własnego o 10,01%. (Polish)

The project concerns the retrofitting of the OSP unit, which did not receive funding for the purchase of a rescue and fire-extinguishing vehicle under RPO WM 2007-13. The municipality of Tłuz, in which the OSP operates, which is the beneficiary of the project, is an urban-rural commune. The project will have an impact on the protection of valuable natural sites: nature reserves: Dębina I, Grabicz, Horowe Swamp, Slides, Areas NATURA 2000: representing 3,21 % of the district’s area: Peat bogs Czernik, Lower Bug Valley, Nadbużańska Ostoja, Liwiec Valley, Krogulec, Protected Landscape Areas/Ecological Use: The Landscape Park, Warsaw Protected Landscape Area. The activities of the TSO cover all these areas. As part of the investment, equipment in the field of fire protection, flood protection and equipment for specialised technical and chemical and environmental rescue groups will be purchased. It is planned to purchase a medium-sized rescue and fire-extinguishing vehicle together with equipment permanently installed and equipment not permanently installed: fire pump (sludge pump), technical rescue kit; chemical and environmental rescue kit; medical emergency kit, generator generator. OSP Chrzęsne (a part of the KSRG system) has 2 medium cars Star 244 (prod. 1976-40 years and 1979-37 years) and one light car Ford Transit 350 M (prod. 2003-13 years). Average age of cars – 30 years. Number of rescue and firefighting operations carried out in 2015-93. The personnel potential of the OSP in Chrzęsnem includes (according to the data of the PSP) 21 rescuers, including: 18 rescuers with training in technical rescue and 8 rescuers with a Qualified First Aid course. The municipality of Tłuszcz applies for the investment in question, amounting to 39,99, increasing the minimum level of own contribution by 10,01 %. (English)
