Celem głównym jest wzrost konkurencyjności przedsiębiorstwa Euro Opon sp. z o.o. na rynku regionalnym i krajowym oraz wejście na międzynarodowy przez dywersyfikację oferty przedsiębiorstwa. Zostanie zrealizowany dzięki celom szczegółowym: Wdrożeniu innowacji procesowej; Zakup elementów nowoczesnej linii do bieżnikowania opon; Wzrost zatrudnienia-utworzenie 10 miejsc pracy; Wprowadzenie 1 innowacji nie technologicznej - innowacji marketingowej- opracowaniu i wdrożeniu systemu informatycznego wspomagającego gromadzenie i wykorzystywanie (dzielenie się) wiedzy w obrębie firmy - system zarządzania wiedzą (ang. Knowledge Management System, KMS). ; wzrost przychodu Wnioskodawcy związany z wprowadzeniem ulepszonego procesu. Osiągnięcie celów zmierzone zostanie za pomocą wskaźników: na poziomie produktu: Liczba przedsiębiorstw otrzymujących wsparcie 1; Liczba przedsiębiorstw otrzymujących wsparcie finansowe inne niż dotacje 1; Liczba przedsiębiorstw wspartych w zakresie inwestycji 1; 1; Inwestycje prywatne uzupełniające wsparcie publiczne dla przedsiębiorstw (dotacje) - Liczba przedsiębiorstw wspartych w zakresie wdrożenia wyników prac B+R Na poziomie rezultatu : Wzrost zatrudnienia we wspieranych przedsiębiorstwach 1; Liczba wprowadzonych innowacji procesowych 1; Liczba wprowadzonych innowacji nie technologicznych 1; Przychody ze sprzedaży nowych lub udoskonalonych produktów/procesów. Grupę docelową stanowi Wnioskodawca -mikroprzedsiębiorca. W ramach projektu innowacyjną modyfikacji bieżnika opon samochodów ciężarowych i maszyn budowlanych do ponownego ich użycia (Polish)

The main objective is to increase the competitiveness of Euro Opon sp. z o.o. on the regional and national markets and to enter internationally by diversifying the company’s offer. It will be achieved through specific objectives: Implementing process innovation; Purchase of elements of a modern line for retreading tyres; Employment growth-creating 10 jobs; Introduction of 1 non-technological innovations – marketing innovation – development and implementation of an IT system supporting the collection and use of (sharing) knowledge within the company – knowledge management system. “Knowledge Management System, RBM”. ; an increase in the applicant’s revenue associated with the introduction of an improved process. The achievement of the objectives will be measured by means of indicators: at product level: Number of enterprises receiving support 1; Number of companies receiving financial support other than grants 1; Number of enterprises supported in the field of investment 1; 1. Private investment complementing public support to enterprises (grants) – Number of enterprises supported in implementing R & D results At the result level: An increase in employment in supported enterprises 1; Number of process innovations introduced 1; Number of non-technological innovations introduced 1; Proceeds from the sale of new or improved products/processes.
