Celem głównym projektu jest ułatwienie powrotu do sprawności co najmniej 22% uczestników projektu - pacjentów (56os. 34K/22M), tak aby mogli oni podjąć pracę lub wydłużyć aktywność zawodową poprzez rehabilitację leczniczą w czasie trwania projektu (do 30.09.2020r.) i po jego zakończeniu. Główny rezultat projektu to podjęcie pracy lub kontynuowanie zatrudnienia przez 56 osoby. Grupa docelowa: Osoby w wieku aktywności zawodowej, powyżej 50 roku życia, ze zdiagnoznowaną chorobą układu kostno-mięśniowego i tkanki łącznej, w szczególności: - z przewlekłymi dolegliwościami bólowymi i/lub ograniczeniem ruchowości w przebiegu chorób zwyrodnieniowych stawów i innych artropatii, - z chorobami kręgosłupa, - z chorobami tkanek miękkich (mięśni, powięzi i ścięgien), których stan zdrowia umożliwia podjęcie rehabilitacji w trybie ambulatoryjnym. Zadania projektowe: - Zakup wyposażenia - Realizacja programu rehabilitacji leczniczej dla 250 pacjentów. (Polish)

The main objective of the project is to facilitate the return to efficiency of at least 22 % of project participants – patients (56 persons). 34K/22M) so that they can take up work or prolong their professional activity by means of therapeutic rehabilitation during the project (until 30.09.2020) and after the completion of the project. The main result of the project is to take up a job or continue to employ 56 people. Target group: Persons over 50 years of age with a diagnosis of musculoskeletal and connective tissue disease, in particular: — with chronic pain and/or reduced mobility in the course of degenerative diseases of the joints and other arthropathy, – with diseases of the spine, – with soft tissue diseases (muscles, fascia and tendons), the condition of which allows to undergo an outpatient rehabilitation. Project tasks: — Purchase of equipment – Implementation of a therapeutic rehabilitation programme for 250 patients. (English)
