Przedmiotem niniejszego projektu jest przedsięwzięcie polegające na przebudowie z rozbudową Przedszkola Komunalnego Nr 3 w Szprotawie wraz z jego doposażeniem w sprzęt dydaktyczny i zagospodarowaniem terenu. W miejscu istniejącego przedszkola powstanie wolnostojący, dwukondygnacyjny budynek w części administracyjnej piętrowy, w pozostałych częściach parterowy z wykorzystaniem istniejącej piwnicy, wyjazdu, parkingu i placu zabaw. Wykonany on zostanie w technologii mieszanej – część centralna piętrowa i istniejąca piwnica o konstrukcji głównej żelbetowej, pozostałe skrzydła w technologii szkieletu drewnianego prefabrykowanego,montowanego na placu budowy. Dach będzie posiadał konstrukcję drewnianą, pokryty blachodachówką. Obiekt będzie stanowił jedną zwartą bryłę na parterze z 6-cioma salami zabaw dla dzieci wraz z węzłami sanitarnymi dostosowanymi dla osób niepełnosprawnych i pomieszczeniami porządkowymi, salą wielofunkcyjną, jadalnią z zapleczem socjalno-gospodarczym i szatnią. Na piętrze znajdą się pomieszczenia administracyjno-biurowe, tj. gabinet dyrektora z sekretariatem, biura dla nauczycieli, gabinet metodyczny, archiwum, WC oraz pomieszczenia socjalne dla nauczycieli. Planowany termin rzeczowej realizacji projektu przewidziano od 30.06.2017 r. do 31.05.2018 r. Do najważniejszych zadań projektu należą: roboty budowlano-montażowe, nadzór inwestorski, promocja projektu. Głównym problemem jest niewystarczająca jakość i dostępność infrastruktury edukacyjnej w Gminie Szprotawa ograniczająca rozwój dzieci w wieku przedszkolnym. Budynek Przedszkola Komunalnego Nr 3 w Szprotawie jest w złym stanie technicznym. Z dniem 20.08.2017 r. grozi mu zamknięcie z powodu rażącego naruszenia obowiązujących przepisów w zakresie bezpieczeństwa i higieny, czego potwierdzeniem są decyzje Państwowego Powiatowego Inspektora Sanitarnego. Skutkiem będzie zmniejszenie dostępności do edukacji przedszkolnej dla 125 dzieci. W gminie brak jest placówki przedszkolnej dostosowanej do edukac (Polish)

The subject of this project is a project consisting of reconstruction with the extension of the Municipal Kindergarten No. 3 in Szprotawa together with its addition to teaching equipment and land development. In the place of the existing kindergarten there will be a two-storey, two-storey building in the administrative part of the storey, in the rest of the ground floor using the existing basement, departure, parking and playground. It will be made in mixed technology – the central part of the bunk and the existing cellar of the main reinforced concrete structure, the remaining wings in the technology of a prefabricated wooden skeleton, mounted on the construction site. The roof will have a wooden structure, covered with sheet metal. The facility will be one compact building on the ground floor with 6 children’s playrooms with sanitary facilities adapted for people with disabilities and cleaning rooms, a multifunctional room, a dining room with social and economic facilities and a locker room. On the floor there will be administrative and office rooms, i.e. the director’s office with a secretariat, an office for teachers, a methodical office, an archive, a toilet and social facilities for teachers. The planned date for the actual implementation of the project is scheduled from 30.06.2017 to 31.05.2018. The main tasks of the project are: construction and assembly works, investor supervision, project promotion. The main problem is the insufficient quality and availability of educational infrastructure in the Szprotava Municipality limiting the development of pre-school children. Municipal kindergarten No. 3 in Szprotawa is in poor technical condition. As of 20.08.2017, he is threatened to close due to gross breach of the existing safety and hygiene regulations, as confirmed by the decisions of the State District Sanitary Inspector. The result will be a reduction in the availability of pre-school education for 125 children. There is no kindergarten facility adapted to education in the municipality. (English)
