Cele szczegółowe, osiągnięte do 04.2021r.: -Nabycie wiedzy dot. potrzeb szkoleniow. i możliwości doskonalenia zawodow. przez 84 os. z GD dzięki diagnozie predyspozycji i możliwości- IPD - Zad.1 -Nabycie umiejętn. poruszania się po rynku pr.przez 84 os. z GD dzięki udz. w pośredn. pracy -Zad.2 -Nabycie kwalifikacji i kompetencji zawodow. przez min. 63 os. z GD dzięki udz. 84 os. w szkol. zawod.-Zad.3 -Nabycie doświad. zawod.przez 63 os. z GD dzięki udz. 70 os. w stażach zawod.-Zad.4 Grupa docel.to 84os.(51K i 33M)-są to os. zamieszk. na obszarze woj. łódzkiego w rozum. przepisów Kodeksu Cywil.) w wieku 30lat i więcej pozostaj. bez pracy (bezrobotne i bierne zawod.), kt. znajdują się w szczególnie trudnej syt. na rynku pracy, tj.: -os.bezrobotne-80%GD -os.bierne zawodowo-20%GD -os.długotr. bezrobotne-min.44%GD -os.w wieku 50 lat i więcej-60%GD -os.z niepełnospraw.-min.8%GD -os.o niskich kwalifik.-min.50%GD -kobiety stanowić będą-min.60%GD -min.30% GD będą stanowiły os.zamiesz. na obszarze miast średnich WŁ, zg.z zał.nr 1 do analizy „Delimitacja Miast (...)” – załącznik nr 11 do regulam. -min.60%GD będą stanowiły os.zamieszk.na terenie powiatów, w kt.wysokość opublikow. przez GUS stopy bezrob. przyjmuje wartość wyższą niż wysokość stopy bezrob.dla całego WŁ, na koniec XII.2018r Działania: -DIAGNOZA PREDYSPOZYCJI I MOŻLIWOŚCI UP-IPD -84 os. -SZKOLENIA ZAWODOWE "SZYTE NA MIARĘ"-84 os. -POŚREDNICTWO PRACY DLA UP-84 os. -STAŻE ZAWODOWE -70 os. Main objective of the project: Professional activation of 84 (51K and 33M) of persons above 29, located in particular difficult labour market in the area of the Łódź Voivodeship due to participation in forms of support proposed again in a project tailored to the needs of each participant in the period around 1.09.2019-30.04.2021. Specific objectives achieved by 04.2021: —Acquirement of knowledge on the needs of trainings and opportunities for professional improvement. by 84 people with GD thanks to the diagnosis of predispositions and capabilities- IPD – Zad.1 -Acquirement of skills in the market for 84 people with GD thanks to middle work – Zad.2 – Acquisition of qualifications and competences of professions. for min. 63 people from GD thanks 84 people in school. occupation.-Zad.3 -Acquisition of profession. by 63 people with GD thanks t. 70 people in professional internships.-Zad.4 Target group is 84 people (51K and 33M)- this is a person living in the area of the Łódź Voivodeship in the understanding of the provisions of the Civil Code at the age of 30 years and more remain unemployed (unemployed and passive profession), which are in a particularly difficult system on the labour market, i.e.: —os.unemployed-80 %GD -os.professionally competitive-20 %GD -os.unemployed-min.44 %GD -person at the age of 50 years and more-60 %GD -person from disability (...)8 %GD -os. —min.60 % of GD will be a resident in the powiats, in which the height of the publications by the CSO shall be higher than the level of the unemployment rate for the entire WŁ, at the end of XII.2018r Actions: —DIAGNOZA of the predisposition and possibility of UP-IPD -84 people. —COMMENDATIONS FOR MEMBER CONDITIONS-84 ps. —JECTIVE FOR UP-84 people —REQUIPMENTS -70 people. The result is adekw. for the measurement of the assumptions of the project, these are, among others: —L-ba pers.,kt.have qualified.:26 persons. —L-ba people working after completing the project: min. 36 people.
