Celem głównym proj. jest zwiększenie o 30 liczby przedsiębiorstw zdolnych do trwałego funkcjonowania prowadzonych przez osoby długotrwale bezrobotne terenu powiatu lipnowskiego i radziejowskiego poprzez realizację kompleksowego wsparcia z zakresu przedsiębiorczości w terminie 01.01.2017r.-31.12.2018r. W ramach proj. zaplanowano następujące działania: 1. Ocena formularza rekrutacyjnego przez dwóch ekspertów przedsiębiorczości, 2. Weryfikacja predyspozycji kandydata do samodzielnego założenia i prowadzenia działalności gospodarczej przez Doradcę zawodowego, 3. Indywidualne Doradztwo Zawodowe – IPD 4. Szkolenia z zakresu zakładania i prowadzenia działalności gospodarczej, 5. Indywidualne doradztwo biznesowe przed założeniem działalności gospodarczej, 6. Bezzwrotne dotacje na rozpoczęcie działalności gospodarczej, 7. Wsparcie pomostowe - wsparcie finansowe, 8. Wsparcie pomostowe – usługi doradczo - szkoleniowe – indywidualne i grupowe, 9. Wsparcie pomostowe – usługi asystentury z wykorzystaniem mentoringu - INDYWIDULANY MENTORING BIZNESOWY, 10. Przedłużone Wsparcie pomostowe – finansowe. W wyniku realizacji proj. osiągnięte zostaną m.in. następujące rezultaty i produkty: - Liczba osób objętych wsparciem w programie–40, - Liczba utworzonych miejsc pracy w ramach udzielonych z EFS środków na podjęcie działalności gospodarczej–30, - Liczba osób pozostających bez pracy, które otrzymały bezzwrotne środki na podjęcie działalności gospodarczej w programie– 30, - Liczba osób, które otrzymały podstawowe wsparcie pomostowe–finansowe w programie–30, - Liczba osób, które otrzymały przedłużone wsparcie pomostowe–finansowe w programie–30, - Liczba osób, które otrzymały wsparcie pomostowe – usługi doradczo - szkoleniowe – indywidualne i grupowe–30, - Liczba osób, które otrzymały wsparcie pomostowe – usługi asystentury z wykorzystaniem mentoringu - INDYWIDULANY MENTORING BIZNESOWY–30. The main objective of the project is to increase by 30 companies capable of sustainable functioning of long-term unemployed areas of Lipno and Radejów county by implementing comprehensive entrepreneurship support within 01.01.2017-31.12.2018. The following actions are planned under the project: 1. Evaluation of the recruitment form by two entrepreneurial experts, 2. Verification of the candidate’s ability to set up and conduct business independently by the Professional Advisor, 3. Individual Vocational Advice – IPD 4. Training in setting up and running a business, 5. Individual business advice before setting up a business activity, 6. Non-refundable grants for start-ups, 7. Bridge support – financial support, 8. Bridge support – advisory and training services – individual and group services, 9. Bridge support – assistant services using mentoring – individual BUSINESS MENTORING, 10. Extended Bridging Support – Financial.
