Wzmocnienie potencjału Collegium Da Vinci poprzez podniesienie jakości kształcenia to projekt zaplanowany do realizacji przez poznańską niepubliczną uczelnię wyższą - Collegium Da Vinci - w okresie od 1 maja 2018 roku do 30 kwietnia 2022 roku, w całości na terenie kraju. Założono kompleksowe działania polegające na 1. opracowaniu programów kształcenia i realizacji zajęć dydaktycznych na nowych i udoskonalonych kierunkach studiów I stopnia z udziałem praktyków: Badania i analizy społeczne, Informatyczne Techniki Zarządzania, Gry i Media Interaktywne, Zarządzanie kreatywne w języku angielskim, moduł Tutoring, zajęcia z wykładowcami z zagranicy, 2. podnoszeniu istotnych dla pracodawców kompetencji studentów I i II stopnia poprzez dostosowane do potrzeb rynkowych szkolenia (kompetencje zawodowe, językowe, komunikacyjne i w zakresie przedsiębiorczości), 3. Budowie narzędzi informatycznych zarządzania uczelnią oraz 4. nabyciu umiejętności przez kadrę dydaktyczną (umiejętności dydaktyczne, informatyczne i językowe) i kadrę zarządzającą (umiejętności zarządcze i informatyczne) (w ramach projektu realizowane więc będą moduły 1, 2 i 6 dost. 10). Uczestnikami projektu będą studenci kierunków prowadzonych przez podstawowe jednostki organizacyjne uczelni oraz pracownicy tych jednostek. Grupa docelowa 1 220 os. (452K/768M), w tym 1 110 (397K/715M) studentów nowych i udoskonalonych kierunków studiów oraz studentów podnoszących swoje kompetencje oraz studentów uczestniczących w zajęciach z wykładowcami z zagranicy a także 110 os. (57K/53M) kadry dydaktycznej, zarządzającej i administracyjnej uczestniczącej w szkoleniach. Celem projektu jest więc rozwój potencjału uczelni poprzez podniesienie jakości kształcenia. Zaplanowane rezultaty to liczba nowych programów kształcenia, liczba studentów, którzy ukończyli pełny cykl kształcenia, liczba studentów, którzy podnieśli swoje kompetencje i uzyskali kwalifikacje, kadry uczelni, które nabyły umiejętności dydaktyczne i zarządcze. Strengthening the potential of Collegium Da Vinci by improving the quality of education is a project planned to be implemented by the Poznań private university – Collegium Da Vinci – in the period from 1 May 2018 to 30 April 2022, entirely within the country. Comprehensive activities consisting of 1. development of education and teaching programmes for new and improved courses of first-cycle studies with the participation of practitioners have been established: Social research and analysis, Computer Management Technology, Games and Interactive Media, Creative Management in English, Tutoring module, classes with foreign lecturers, 2. raising the competences of first and second grade students relevant to employers through tailored training (vocational, language, communication and entrepreneurship competences), 3. Building IT tools for university management and 4. acquisition of skills by teaching staff (editorial, IT and language skills) and management (management and IT skills) (the project will include modules 1, 2 and 6 available). 10. Participants of the project will be students of courses run by basic organizational units of universities and employees of these units. Target group of 1,220 people. (452K/768M), including 1 110 (397K/715M) students of new and improved courses of study and students raising their competences and students taking part in classes with lecturers from abroad as well as 110 people. The planned results are the number of new education programmes, the number of students who have completed the full cycle of education, the number of students who have increased their competences and qualifications, the staff of universities who have acquired teaching and management skills.
