Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych poniżej 30 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie.Głównym rezultatemprojektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez 120 osób zarejestrowanych w PUP.W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby poniżej 30 roku życiazakwalifikowane do profilu pomocy I(tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub profilu pomocy II(tzw. wymagający wsparcia).W ramach projektu, dla każdego zuczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danegouczestnika.Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługii instrumenty rynku pracy,o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnieniai instytucjach rynku pracy.
