Celem projektu jest zapewnienie odpowiednich środków finansowych dla prawidłowej realizacji zadań związanych z zarządzaniem i wdrażaniem PO PW 2014-2020 w 2015 roku. Projekt zakłada finansowanie kosztów związanych z wynajmem powierzchni biurowej, w tym kosztów administracyjno-eksploatacyjnych a także usług telekomunikacyjnych oraz zakup materiałów biurowych. W ramach projektu finansowane będą koszty podróży służbowych związanych z wykonywaniem zadań w ramach PO PW. Projekt zakłada również finansowanie wydatków mających na celu dostosowanie zasobów informatycznych PARP do wymogów nowych programów. Ponadto, w ramach projektu finansowane będą koszty doradztwa dla IP PO PW, w szczególności dotyczące oceny wniosków o dofinansowanie a także koszty związane z informowaniem i promowaniem PO PW 2014-2020 zgodnie z Rocznym Planem Działań Informacyjnych i Promocyjnych Instytucji Pośredniczącej na 2015 r. The aim of the project is to provide adequate financial resources for the proper execution of tasks related to the management and implementation of OP IE 2014-2020 in 2015. The project involves financing costs related to the lease of office space, including administrative and maintenance costs as well as telecommunications services and the purchase of office materials. The project will finance mission expenses related to the performance of tasks under the OP. The project also provides for financing expenditure aimed at adapting PARP IT resources to the requirements of new programmes. In addition, the project will finance consultancy costs for IP OP I, in particular concerning the evaluation of applications for funding as well as costs related to information and promotion of OP IE 2014-2020 in accordance with the Annual Information and Promotional Action Plan of Intermediate Institutions for 2015.
