Przedmiotem niniejszego wniosku jest projekt efektywności energetycznej budynku zlokalizowanego przy ul. Gostkowskiej 39A. Prace termomodernizacyjne mają polegać na: wymianie instalacji c.o. z modernizacją kotłowni, montażu nawiewników okiennych, ociepleniu ścian zewnętrznych nadziemnych piwnic, cokół, ociepleniu stropodachu części niskiej i łącznika, wymianie okien, ociepleniu ścian zewnętrznych kondygnacji nadziemnych, ociepleniu ścian zewnętrznych przy gruncie, modernizacji oświetlenia, instalacji OZE. The subject of this proposal is the energy efficiency project of the building located at ul. Gostkowska 39A. Thermal retrofitting works will consist of: replacement of central heating installations with the modernisation of boiler room, installation of window vents, insulation of external walls of above-ground cellars, plinth, warming of the ceiling of the low part and the connector, window replacement, warming of external walls of above-ground floors, warming of external walls on the ground, modernisation of lighting, RES installation.
