Celem projektu jest zapewnienie środków finansowych dla Polskiej Agencji Rozwoju Przedsiębiorczości niezbędnych do prawidłowej realizacji zadań związanych z wdrażaniem Działań/Poddziałań w ramach 2. i 3. Osi Priorytetowej Programu Operacyjnego Inteligentny Rozwój. Projekt obejmuje: finansowanie specjalistycznych szkoleń, studiów podyplomowych, warsztatów dla pracowników PARP zaangażowanych w realizację PO IR w celu zapewnienia odpowiednio wykwalifikowanej kadry; zapewnienie warunków techniczno-organizacyjnych (w tym. m.in. zakup sprzętu komputerowego, oprogramowania, wyposażenie stanowisk pracy, zapewnienie powierzchni biurowej, odpowiedniej obsługi organizacyjnej); wsparcie działań informacyjno-promocyjnych; finansowanie procesu wyboru i oceny projektów, kontroli, ewaluacji PO IR oraz zapewnienie wsparcia eksperckiego. Projekt obejmuje także finansowanie działań związanych z zamykaniem perspektywy finansowej 2007–2013, w tym, m. in. finansowanie Regionalnych Instytucji Finansujących zaangażowanych w zamykanie PO IG (w szczególności w zakresie przeprowadzania kontroli trwałości projektów), finansowanie kontroli oraz usług eksperckich w PARP związanych z zamykaniem PO IG. Ponadto planuje się finansowanie działań na rzecz klastrów, w tym realizację badania Benchmarking klastrów w Polsce. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to provide financial resources for the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development necessary for the proper execution of tasks related to the implementation of actions/sub-measures under the 2nd and 3rd. Priority axis of the Operational Programme Intelligent Development. The project shall include: financing of specialised trainings, post-graduate studies, workshops for PARP employees involved in the implementation of OP IR in order to ensure appropriately qualified staff; provision of technical and organisational conditions (including, among others, purchase of computer hardware, software, equipment of workstations, provision of office space, adequate organizational support); support for information and promotion activities; financing the process of selecting and evaluating projects, auditing, evaluation of OP IR and providing expert support. The project also covers the financing of activities related to the closure of the Financial Perspectives 2007-2013, including, among others, the financing of Regional Financing Institutions involved in the closure of OP IG (in particular in the field of carrying out sustainability checks of projects), financing of audits and expert services at PARP related to the closure of OP IG. In addition, funding for clusters is planned, including the implementation of the Benchmarking survey in Poland. (English)
