Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.41471(2015/X) Przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. Urz. UE L 187/1 z 26.06.2014). Celem projektu jest opracowanie i wdrożenie nowatorskiej platformy PureApta, służącej do poszukiwania i produkcji modyfikowanych aptamerów (oligonukleotydów rozpoznających wybrane cele molekularne). Aptamery mogą stanowić alternatywę dla przeciwciał, od których odróżnia je: szersza pula celów molekularnych, niewielki rozmiar, niska/zerowa immunogenność, wysoka stabilność, odporność na niekorzystne warunki (pH, temperatura), zdolność spontanicznej renaturacji. Synteza chemiczna aptamerów jest tania i wydajna, co daje przewagę technologiczną nad metodami pozyskiwania przeciwciał. Aptamery są obiecującym narzędziem do rozwoju leków, diagnostyki, biosensorów i badań podstawowych (np. oddziaływań ligand-receptor). Rozwój nowych leków i szybka diagnostyka pomocnicza pozwalająca monitorować stan pacjenta jest niezbędnym narzędziem nowoczesnej medycyny. Na świecie i w Polsce potencjał ten został dostrzeżony. Wraz z tym zapotrzebowaniem rośnie popyt na nowe cząsteczki rozpoznające określone cele molekularne. Odpowiadając na potrzeby rynkowe, opierając się na badaniach w obszarze aptamerów wykonanych dotychczas przez Wnioskodawcę w ramach wewnętrznych badań B+R, jak i doświadczeniu jego pracowników z wcześniejszych placówek (Uniwersytet Wrocławski), Pure Biologics chce wdrożyć platformę PureApta. Efektem będzie rozszerzenie gamy oferowanych usług, pozwalając lepiej odpowiedzieć na potrzeby rynku. PureApta opracowana w oparciu o doświadczenie Wnioskodawcy pozwoli zaproponować doskonały, konkurencyjny produkt i rozszerzyć udziały w rynku. (Polish)

Reference number of the aid programme: SA.41471(2015/X) Purpose of public aid: Article 25 of EC Regulation No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain types of aid compatible with the internal market in the application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ L. I'm sorry. EU L 187/1 of 26.06.2014). The aim of the project is to develop and implement an innovative PureApta platform, which serves to search for and produce modified aptamers (oligonucleotides that recognise selected molecular targets). Aptamers may be an alternative to antibodies from which they are distinguished by: a broader pool of molecular targets, small size, low/zero immunogenicity, high stability, resistance to adverse conditions (pH, temperature), spontaneous renature capacity. Chemical synthesis of aptamers is cheap and efficient, giving a technological advantage over the methods of obtaining antibodies. Aptamers are a promising tool for the development of drugs, diagnostics, biosensors, and basic research (e.g. ligand-receptor interactions). The development of new drugs and rapid diagnostics to monitor the patient’s condition is an essential tool for modern medicine. In the world and in Poland, this potential has been recognised. With this demand, there is a growing demand for new molecules that recognise specific molecular targets. Responding to market needs, based on research in the area of aptamers carried out so far by the Applicant as part of internal R & D research, as well as the experience of his employees from earlier institutions (University of Wrocław), Pure Biologics wants to implement the PureApta platform. The result will be an extension of the range of services offered, allowing better response to the needs of the market. PureApta developed on the basis of the applicant’s experience will allow to propose an excellent, competitive product and expand market shares. (English)
