    L'opération consiste à réaliser sur la Commune de Saint-Gingolph à Locum 3,3 km de véloroute ViaRhôna. Ce tronçon représente le point de départ de la ViaRhona sur le territoire français, en lien à l'est avec la route du Rhône Suisse sur l'Eurovélo 17. Situé sur la Rive Sud Lémanique ce tronçon se prolongera par la suite par des aménagements concordants en direction d'Evian, Thonon, Douvène puis Genève avec les projets menés par la Communauté de Communes du Pays d'Evian et de la vallée d'Abondance et de Thonon Agglomération.
