Projekt "Gminne Centrum Aktywności Lokalnej w Resku" ma na celu przeprowadzenie kompleksowych usług aktywnej integracji o charakterze społecznym, zawodowym, edukacyjnym i zdrowotnym, mających za zadanie przywrócenie na rynek pracy oraz do pełnego uczestnictwa w życiu społecznym 96 mieszkańców i mieszkanek Gminy Resko zagrożonych ubóstwem i/lub wykluczeniem społecznym do 31.10.2020 r. 18 osób w dwóch edycjach po 18 miesięcy (łącznie 36 osób) zostanie objętych kompleksowym programem aktywizacji społeczno-zawodowej przez CIS "Od Nowa", z których m.in. 22% podejmie zatrudnienie na otwartym rynku pracy. Wsparcie zgodne z regulaminem konkursu oraz ustawą o zatrudnieniu socjalnym. Pozostałe 60 osób skorzysta z usług aktywnej integracji o charakterze społecznym, edukacyjnym i zdrowotnym dobranych indywidualnie dla każdego. Dla uczestników projektu zaplanowano zajęcia grupowe m.in. warsztaty kulinarne na bazie produktów z PO Pomoc Żywnościowa, doradztwo z kompetencji cyfrowych czy naukę drobnych prac domowych. Zaplanowano również poradnictwo indywidualne z psychologiem, mediatorem czy doradcą zawodowym. Dodatkowo w ramach GCAL będą funkcjonowały Centrum Wolontariatu, Klub Gier Planszowych czy Bank Czasu, które będą wspierały środowisko osób zagrożonych wykluczeniem społecznym. Projekt skierowany do mieszkańców Gminy Resko spełniających warunki określone w dokumentacji konkursowej nr RPZP.07.01.00-IP.02-32-K14/16. W ramach kosztów pośrednich zostanie sfinansowane zarządzanie projektem, promocja i monitoring. Wkład własny zapewni Partner- świadczenia integracyjne z FP dla uczestników CIS. Realizacja projektu "Gminne Centrum Aktywności Lokalnej w Resku" przyczyni sie do osiągnięcia realizacji celu szczegółowego RPO WZ 2014-2020 tj. aktywnej integracji osób zagrożonych ubóstwem i/lub wykluczeniem społecznym zwiększając ich zatrudnienie. The ‘General Local Activity Centre in Resk’ project aims to carry out comprehensive active social, vocational, educational and health integration services to restore to the labour market and to fully participate in the social life of 96 inhabitants and a resident of the municipality of Resko at risk of poverty and/or social exclusion by 31.10.2020. 18 persons will be included in two editions after 18 months (a total of 36) will be included in the comprehensive social and occupational activation programme of the ‘New’ CIS, of which 22 % will take up employment in the open labour market. Support in accordance with the rules of procedure and the Law on Social Employment. The remaining 60 people will benefit from active social, educational and health integration services on a case-by-case basis. For participants in the project, group activities are planned, including product based food workshops from OP Food Aid, advice on digital competences, or studies of minor domestic work. It is also planned to provide individual counselling with a psychologist, a mediator or a professional advisor. In addition, the GCAL will be operated by the Volunteer Centre, Kor Gier planets and the Cazar Bank, which will support the environment of those at risk of social exclusion. Project addressed to the residents of Resko complying with the conditions laid down in the application file No RPZP.07.01.00-IP.02-32-K14/16. Within the framework of indirect costs, the project management, publicity and monitoring will be financed. The own contribution will provide inclusive services from the EUTF to CIS participants. The implementation of the ‘Gminne Local Activity Centre in Resko’ project will contribute to the implementation of the specific objective of the 2014-2020 ROP WZ, i.e. the active inclusion of people at risk of poverty and/or social exclusion by increasing their employment.
