The least-favoured axis for public services by 120- (55K + 65M), financial and bridging 104os (i.e.: 44k + 60M out of 120os) for start-up and running companies for physical os of 29, without poisoning. (including the outgoing.), which is a kind of work on the labour force. Actions: * training (16h/gr) consultancy (3h/s + gr 7h/gr) * subsidies to the company 25k PLN * bridge (financial: 1300PLN x12-ca and a 4h/a h consultancy will help to open up 104 SMEs, to raise awareness among others about the creation and running of a change company.
