Rzeczowy zakres projekt obejmuje usunięcie i utylizację płyt azbestowych występujących na elewacji tylnej budynku przy ul. Grunwaldzkiej 9. Projekt przewiduje usunięcie całkowitej ilości azbestu znajdującej się na budynku, tj. 130.277 m2. Prace prowadzone będą zgodnie z wytycznymi określonymi w Rozporządzeniu MGPiPS z 2 kwietnia 2004r. w sprawie sposobów i warunków bezpiecznego użytkowania i usuwania wyrobów zawierających azbest oraz Rozporządzenia MG z 5 sierpnia 2010r. zmieniającego ww. rozporządzenie. Pod względem formalno-prawnym projekt jest gotowy do realizacji. (Polish)

The material scope of the project includes the removal and disposal of asbestos panels at the façade of the back building at ul. Grunwaldzka 9. The project provides for the removal of the total amount of asbestos on the building, i.e. 130.277 m². Work will be carried out in accordance with the guidelines set out in the Ministry of Finance’s Regulation of 2 April 2004 on the methods and conditions for safe use and disposal of articles containing asbestos and the Ordinance of the Ministry of Energy of 5 August 2010 amending the Regulation. In formal and legal terms, the project is ready for implementation. (English)
