Wsparciem w ramach proj. zostanie objęta grupa 385 osób(251K, 134M). Będą to osoby zarejestrowane jako bezrobotne w PUP z obszaru pow wejherowskiego. Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia os pozostających bez pracy - należących do Grupy docelowej projektu. Wsparcie realizowane będzie wyłącznie poprzez usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy określone w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy, z wyłączeniem robót publicznych, w oparciu o pogłębioną analizę umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika projektu w postaci Indywidualnego Planu Działania.Cele szczegółowe przedsięwzięcia: Aktywizacja zawodowa co najmniej:45% osób w najtrudniejszej sytuacji(osoby w wieku 50 lat i więcej, kobiety, osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, osoby długotrwale bezrobotne, osoby z niskimi kwalifikacjami do poziomu ISCED3, imigranci, reemigranci);dla pozostałych osób nienależących do ww. grup - 60%.Te działania przyczynią się do osiągnięcia efektów i wskaźników związanych ze Strategią ZIT. Planowane formy wsparcia:szkolenia-125os (76K, 49M); staże– 160os (110K, 50M);jedn. środki na podjęcie dział. gosp.(dotacje)-100os (65K, 35M) w tym 100 os po szkol (ABC Przedsiębiorczości); refundacje kosztów wyposaż. lub doposaż. stanow. pracy dla skier.bezrob.– 100os (65K, 35M); Uczest. proj. zost. objęci pośr pracy i poradnictwem zawodowym. Projekt jest zgodny z właściwymi politykami i zasadami wspólnotowymi (w tym polityką równych szans i niedyskryminacji i koncepcją zrównoważonego rozwoju) oraz prawodawstwem wspólnotowym i krajowym, m.in. ustawą o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy, ustawą PZP, RPO WP 2014-2020 oraz SzOOP RPO WP 2014-2020 i innymi właściwymi prawodawstwami krajowymi, poz politykami i zasadami wspólnotowymi. Proj wzmacnia funkcje metropolitarne poprzez wsparcie i współpracę z pracodawcami z OMT. Projekt jest zgodny z kryteriami wyłaniania przedsięwzięć, przyjętymi w Strategii ZIT. (Polish)

A group of 385 persons (251K, 134M) will be assisted in the framework. They will be those registered as unemployed in the PUP from the area of the entry into the jherowski. The aim of the project is to increase the employment opportunities of the unemployed, belonging to the target group of the project. Support will be provided only through the services and labour market measures laid down in the Act on the promotion of employment and labour market institutions, excluding public works, on the basis of an in-depth analysis of the skills, aptitudes and professional problems of the individual project participant concerned by the Individual Action Plan. The labour activation at najmniej:45% of the most vulnerable people (persons aged 50 and over, women, persons with disabilities, the long-term unemployed, people with low qualifications to ISCED3, migrants, returnees); for other persons who do not belong to the group, 60 % will contribute to the effects and indicators of the ITI strategy. Planned forms wsparcia:szkolenia-125os (76K, 49M); 160os (110K, 50M); single allocation for action (grants) -100os (65K, 35M) including 100 (ABC of Enterprise); fixed cost refunds for equipment (65K, 35M); Take part in work and work counselling. The project shall be consistent with the relevant Community policies and rules (including equal opportunities and non-discrimination policy and the concept of sustainable development) and Community and national legislation, including the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions, Act of the Public Procurement Act, the 2014-2020 ROP and the Regional Operational Programme for ROP PP 2014-2020 and other relevant national legislation, as well as Community policies and rules. Proj strengthens metropolitan functions through support and cooperation with OMTs employers. The project is in line with the criteria for the selection of projects adopted in the ITI strategy.
