Projekt obejmuje rozbudowę i modernizację punktu selektywnego zbierania odpadów komunalnych (zwanego dalej PSZOK) w Korfantowie oraz jego doposażenie. W gminie Korfantów działa PSZOK przy ul Fabrycznej 8, na działce o numerze ewidencyjnym 807/1, która jest własnością Gminy Korfantów. Planowane przedsięwzięcie nie stoi w sprzeczności z obowiązującym prawem miejscowym. Obecnie Gmina nie posiada własnej infrastruktury do prowadzenia PSZOK, jest ona objęta umową z firmą obsługującą PSZOK. Wobec wzrastających kosztów funkcjonowania systemu gospodarowania odpadami komunalnymi, Gmina planuje obniżenie kosztów poprzez przejęcie obsługi PSZOK. Aby to było możliwe, niezbędne jest przygotowanie potrzebnej infrastruktury. Zakres prac ujętych w projekcie obejmować będzie: utwardzenie i wybrukowanie terenu (pow. 615 m2 - plac: manewrowy, miejsca postojowe (w tym jedno miejsce dla osób niepełnosprawnych), miejsca na kontenery i pojemniki na odpady oraz kontenery obiektowe i magazyny PSZOK), oznaczenia poziome, podłączenie do w sieć wod-kan i energetycznej; zamontowanie kranu zewnętrznego z umywalką dla użytkowników PSZOK; wykonanie oświetlenia obiektowego (lampy LED); wyposażenie PSZOK w odpowiednią liczbę i rodzaj kontenerów i pojemników, oznakowanie (pojemników, kontenerów, każdego z pomieszczeń), tablica promocyjno-informacyjna dot. projektu ze wskazaniem źródła dofinansowania projektu, tablice informacyjne dot. organizacji PSZOK. PSZOK zostanie wyposażony w kontener biurowo-socjalny, magazyn na odpady niebezpieczne, magazyn na sprzęt do obsługi PSZOK, wagę samochodową oraz pozostały niezbędny sprzęt (biurowy, sanitarny, urządzenia usprawniające funkcjonowanie PSZOK: waga mobilna, rampa przenośna, doświetlenie). Na terenie PSZOK zostanie uruchomiony punkt wymiany rzeczy używanych, niestanowiących odpadu, celem wprowadzenia ich do ponownego użycia. The project involves the extension and modernisation of a municipal waste collection point (hereinafter PSZOK) in Korfang and its retrofitting. In the municipality of Korfantów, there is a PSZOK at the ul. Fabryczna 8, on a plot of land with registration number 807/1, which is owned by the Municipality of Korfantów. The planned project does not conflict with the applicable local law. Currently, the Municipality does not have its own infrastructure to operate a PSZOK, and is covered by a contract with a PSZOK. In view of the increasing costs of the municipal waste management system, the municipality plans to reduce costs by taking over PSZOK. In order for this to be possible, it is necessary to prepare the necessary infrastructure. The scope of work included in the project will include: paving and bulging of the site (area. 615 m²: manoeuvrability, parking spaces (including one place for disabled persons), location for containers and waste containers and circular containers and PSZOK warehouses), horizontal markings, connection to the water and energy network; installation of an external tap from the washbasin for PSZOK users; object lighting (LED); equipment of the PSZOK on an appropriate number and type of containers and containers, marking (containers, containers, each), promotional and information table on the project, indicating the source of funding for the project, the information tables on the PSZOK organisation. PSZOK will be equipped with an office/social container, a storage facility for hazardous waste, a storage facility for PSZOK equipment, a vehicle weight and other essential equipment (office, sanitary equipment, equipment improving the operation of the PSZOK: mobile weight, portable ramp, lighting). An item will be used in the PSZOK site for the replacement of waste, which is not waste, to be used for reuse. Its aim is to meet the requirements laid down in the waste hierarchy. (English)
