    Projekt se zaměřuje na zvýšení dostupnosti vybraného druhu ambulantní a terénní služby sociální rehabilitace pro osoby se zdravotním postižením. Rozvojem tohoto druhu služby chceme především reagovat na avizované neuspokojené potřeby osob, které žijí ve svém přirozeném prostředí a kterým by podpora této služby pomohla v jejich procesu osamostatnění a zvýšení soběstačnosti tak, aby zvládli co nejvíce samostatný a běžný život.
