Przedmiotem projektu są prace termomodernizacyjne przy przegrodach zewnętrznych budynku Specjalnego Ośrodka Szkolno-Wychowawczego im. Jana Brzechwy w Pyrzycach (który nie jest budynkiem zabytkowym oraz nie jest objęty ochroną konserwatora zabytków), zlokalizowanego przy ul. Słowackiego 1, 74 - 200 Pyrzyce, na działce nr 117, obręb 12 (co oznacza, że projekt ma charakter stacjonarny). Realizacja niniejszego projektu składa się zatem z takich zadań, jak: I. Opracowanie dokumentacji projektowej, w tym: wykonanie audytu energetycznego i inwentaryzacji budynku, wykonanie Studium Wykonalności inwestycji, ekspertyza ornitologa i chiropterologiczna, dokumentacja projektowa, celem rzetelnego zweryfikowania zakresu realizacji przedsięwzięcia i zidentyfikowania wszystkich niezbędnych do wykonania w jego ramach prac, a także celem umożliwienia pozyskania na realizację projektowanego przedsięwzięcia środków unijnych dostępnych w ramach 2.5 Modernizacja energetyczna obiektów użyteczności publicznej, RPO Zachodniopomorskiego na lata 2014-2020. II. Roboty termomodernizacyjne budynku SOSW w Pyrzycach, uwzględniające: ocieplenie ścian zewnętrznych (w kontakcie z gruntem i powietrzem zewnętrznym) oraz ocieplenie stropodachów. III. Nadzór inwestorski, który będzie miał na celu kontrolę nad prawidłowym wykonaniem wszystkich zaplanowanych w projektowanym przedsięwzięciu prac. IV. Działania promocyjne polegające na właściwym oznaczeniu miejsca realizacji projektu oraz dokumentach i materiałach, które powstaną w związku z jego realizacją, informacją o współfinansowaniu projektu przez UE, a także umieszczeniu opisu wdrażanego projektu na stronie WWW Powiatu Pyrzyckiego. Projekt będzie realizowany przez Powiat Pyrzycki (przy wsparciu merytorycznym nadzoru inwestorskiego wyłonionego w ramach przedmiotowego przedsięwzięcia), na rzecz Specjalnego Ośrodka Szkolno-Wychowawczego im. Jana Brzechwy w Pyrzycach, który będzie zarządzał powstałą w efekcie jego realizacj (Polish)

The project involves energy renovation work at the external building of the Special School and School Centre in Pyrzyce (which is not a monument and is not protected by the conservation of monuments) located at ul. Slovak 1, 74-200 Pyrzyce, on plot No 117, area 12 (meaning that the project is stationary). The implementation of this project therefore consists of tasks such as: I. Development of project documentation, including: the performance of an energy audit and an inventory of the building, the implementation of an investment feasibility study, an expert opinion from the ornithologist and chiropper, the design documentation, in order to verify properly the scope of the project and identify all the necessary elements to be carried out within that project, and to enable the European Union measures available in connection with the 2.5 Modernisation of energy utilities, the Zachodniopomorskie ROP for the period 2014-2020 to be obtained for the implementation of the project. II. Renovation work for the SOSSW building in Pyrzyce, taking into account: insulation of external walls (in contact with land and outdoor air) and insulation of overhead walls. III. Investor supervision to control the correct implementation of all planned work in the project. IV. Promotional activities consisting of the appropriate marking of the location of the project and the documents and materials which will arise in connection with its implementation, information on EU co-financing of the project, as well as the insertion of a description of the implemented project on the World Wide District. The project will be carried out by the District of Pyzycki (with the support of the investment supervision selected in the framework of this project), to the Special Centre for the School Education and Training Centre in Pyrzyce, which will manage the implementation of the project.
