Przedmiotem projektu jest termomodernizacja zabytkowego budynku administracyjnego przy ul. Hubalczyków 2 w Bartoszycach. W ramach przedsięwzięcia termomodernizacyjnego zaplanowano do wykonania następujące prace stanowiące koszt kwalifikowany projektu: 1. Modernizacja przegród: - strop zewnętrzny (strop pod poddaszem) - ściana na gruncie - ściany zewnętrze parteru, I piętra. - ściany zewnętrzne: wnęki okienne - ściana zewnętrzna piwnic powyżej poziomu parteru - podłoga na gruncie - ściana zewnętrzna znajdująca się przy wejściu głównym do budynku - wymiana na okna drewniane skrzynkowe wyposażone w nawiewniki automatyczne, nawiązujące do okien historycznych - wymiana drzwi wejściowych na nawiązujące do historycznych 2. Wymiana całej instalacji c.o., wymiana grzejników na grzejniki płytowe wyposażone w zawory termostatyczne. 3. Wymiana opraw oświetleniowych na oprawy energooszczędne typu LED wraz z instalacją elektryczną. Zakres projektu obejmuje także wykonanie towarzyszących prac stanowiących koszty niekwalifikowane: 1. Izolacja ścian fundamentowych 2. Remont dachu 3. Wentylacja 4. Remont konserwacji elewacji 5. Roboty wykończeniowe wewnętrzne 6. Instalacja odgromowa 7. Instalacja uziemień wyrównawczych Projekt będzie wdrażany przez Urząd Miasta Bartoszyce w zakresie kompetencji Wydziału Techniczno-Inwestycyjnego. Do najważniejszych etapów realizacji projektu należy zaliczyć: - wyłonienie wykonawcy w procedurze Prawa zamówień publicznych do ww. zadań kwalifikowanych i niekwalifikowanych – założono podpisanie umowy z wykonawcą w IV kw. 2017 r. - właściwą realizację rzeczową i finansową do ww. zadań kwalifikowanych i niekwalifikowanych w terminie od IV kw. 2017 do IV kw. 2018 Projekt wpisuje się w założenia określone SzOOP RPO WiM realizując cel Poddziałania 4.3.1 określony jako Zwiększona efektywność energetyczna budynków użyteczności publicznej. The project is a thermal renovation of the monumental administrative building at ul. Hubals 2 in Bartoszyce. As part of the thermomodernisation project, the following works are planned to be carried out at the cost of the eligible project: 1. Modernisation of partitions: — outer ceiling (ceiling under the attic) — wall on the ground — ground floor walls, and floors. External walls: window soles — outdoor basement of the basement above ground floor — floor pan on the ground — outer wall at the main entrance to the building — replacement of wooden box wooden windows fitted with automatic supply for historical windows — replacement of access doors to historical 2. Replacement of the entire c.o system, replacement of radiator heaters using thermostatic radiator tubes. 3. Replacement of luminaires for LED energy efficient luminaires together with electrical installation. The scope of the project shall also include execution of work accompanying non-eligible costs: 1. Wall insulation of fundamental walls 2. Renovation of the roof 3. Ventilation 4. Renovation of façade 5. Building completion and finishing works 6. Slide installation 7. The earthing system of the countervailable project will be implemented by the Bartoszyce City Authority within the remit of the Technical and Investment Division. The key steps in the implementation of the project include: Selection of the contractor in the procedure for the award of public procurement law to the above-mentioned eligible and non-eligible tasks — the contract has been signed with the contractor in the 4th quarter of the year. 2017 — adequate financial and financial implementation of the above-mentioned eligible and non-eligible tasks within the deadline of 4th quarter of the year 2017 to 4th quarter 2018 The project is in line with the objectives set by the ROP WiM in pursuing the objective of Sub-measure 4.3.1, which has been identified as a major energy efficiency in public buildings. Conformity to the type of project is specified in section 3.7 of the proposal. (English)
