Inwestycja objęta niniejszym projektem polega na budowie 2 elektrowni fotowoltaicznych o mocy 2,0 MW, każda po 1,0 MW z jednym przyłączem na następujących działkach: Wilkowo 1: 106/2, 106/5, 352, 121/8, 107 Wilkowo 2: 121/8, Przyłącze elektroenergetyczne: 106/5, 107, 80/4, 79/2, 78, 77, 5. Wszystkie ww. nieruchomości znajdują się w obrębie nr 40, w miejscowości Wilkowo, gmina Olsztynek. Projekt wpisuje się w typ projektu wymieniony w SzOOP RPO WiM 2014-2020 dla działania 4.1 - instalacji wykorzystujących energię słońca (np. kolektory słoneczne, fotowoltaika) - do 2 MWe/MWth. Instalacja zgodnie z możliwością opisaną w SzOOP będzie służyła celom komercyjnym – wytworzeniem energii elektrycznej w celu sprzedaży do sieci OSD. Projekt spełnia warunki SzOOP w zakresie posiadania ważnych warunków technicznych podłączenia elektrowni do sieci. Dnia 14.06.2013 r. zostały wydane przez Energa Operator S.A. warunki przyłączenia do sieci dla elektrowni Wilkowo I o mocy 1 MW. Dnia 25.01.2016 r. zostały wydane kolejne warunki przyłączenia do sieci również na moc 1 MW dla elektrowni Wilkowo 2. Dla obu elektrowni zostało zaprojektowane 1 przyłącze. Projekt spełnia wszystkie warunki brzegowe określone w SzOOP RPO WiM 2014-2020. Niniejszy projekt zakłada budowę naziemnej elektrowni fotowoltaicznych z wykorzystaniem technologii polikrystalicznej do produkcji energii elektrycznej. Inwestycja polega na montażu 5800 szt. paneli polikrystalicznych o mocy 275 WP i 1500 szt. paneli o mocy 270 WP w elektrowniach o łącznej mocy 2,0 MW połączonych w samodzielne układy wraz z falownikami, z niezbędnym okablowaniem i osprzętem. Elektrownia będzie podłączona do sieci, natomiast nie będzie potrzeby instalowania akumulatorów oraz regulatorów ładowania, ponieważ sieć jest w stanie przyjąć całą energię wyprodukowaną przez system fotowoltaiczny. Wyprodukowana energia elektryczna będzie wykorzystywana w celach komercyjnych i w 100% będzie wprowadzona do sieci elektroenergetycznej w celu odsprzedaży. (Polish)

The investment covered by this project consists of the construction of 2 PV power plants with a capacity of 2.0 MW each after 1.0 MW with one connection on the following parcels: Willem 1: 106/2, 106/5, 352, 121/8, 107, Willem 2: 121/8, Power Station: 106/5, 107, 80/4, 79/2, 78, 77, 5. All the above properties are located in No 40, in Wilkowo, municipality of Olsztynek. The project is part of the project type referred to in SzOOP ROP WM 2014-2020 for measure 4.1 — solar installations (e.g. solar collectors, photovoltaic) — up to 2 MWe/MWth. The installation in accordance with the option described in SzOOP will serve commercial purposes — to construct electricity for sale to the DSO network. The project fulfils the conditions of the SzOOP in terms of having important technical conditions for the power plant to be connected to the grid. On 14.06.2013, it was issued by Energa Operator S.A. with the conditions for connection to the network of 1 MW for the Wilkowo I power plant. On 25.01.2016, further conditions for connection to the network were also issued at 1 MW for the Wilkowo 2 power plant. For both power plants, 1 are connected. The project fulfils all the conditions laid down in the SzocOP ROP WiM 2014-2020. This project involves the construction of a terrestrial photovoltaic power plant using polycrystalline technology for the production of electricity. The investment consists of the installation of 5800 polycrystalline panels with a capacity of 275 WP and 1500 panels with a capacity of 270 HR units in power plants with a total capacity of 2.0 MW combined in independent valances with the necessary cabling and accessories. The plant will be connected to the grid and there will be no need to install batteries and recharging regulators as the network is capable of absorbing all the energy produced by the photovoltaic system. The electricity produced will be used commercially and 100 % will be fed into the electricity grid for resale. (English)
