Celem proj. jest Podniesienie poziomu aktywności zawodowej i społecznej oraz zdolności do zatrudnienia. W projekcie weźmie udział 140os. zagr.ubóstwem lub wykl.społ. Będą to osoby uzależnione w trakcie lub absolwenci terapii w Ośrodku Monar oraz osoby zagrożone wykluczeniem społecznym z powodów innych niż uzależnienie, w tym miń.22os.niepełnosprawne. Dzięki realizacji projektu 60os. uzyska kwalifikacje zawodowe, 40 os. podejmie pracę, miń.56%ucz.zwiększy kompetencje społeczne. Projekt charakteryzuje: a) indywidualne i podmiotowe podejście do uczestników poprzez wyznaczenie dla każdego Indywidualnej Ścieżki Reintegracji określającej charakter adresowanego wsparcia, przy czym uczestnik bierze aktywny udział w jej opracowywaniu i ma wpływ na charakter oferowanego wsparcia b) kompleksowość wsparcia obejmująca obszar społeczny, zawodowy, edukacyjny i osobisty c) objęcie uczestników indywidualną opieką terapeutyczną d) podejście preferujące rozwój osobisty, zwiększanie i odkrywanie własnego potencjału i atrakcyjności osobistej, interpersonalnej i społecznej zamiast ogniskowania uwagi na wyrównywaniu deficytów i braków. Udział w proj.każdego uczestnika rozpocznie się diagnozą i wspólnym z opracowaniem Indywidualnej Ścieżki Reintegracji. Projekt oferuje następujące formy wsparcia: #indywidualne i grupowe wsparcie opiekuna/ terapeuty #indywidualne konsultacje z doradcą zawodowym i pośrednikiem pracy #warsztaty zwiększające kompetencje społeczne #szkolenia i kursy zawodowe zwiększające kompetencje i kwalifikacje zawodowe #staże #zajęcia indywidualne i grupowe wyrównujące braki edukacyjne. Projekt oferuje wsparcie specjalnie zaadresowane i dopasowane do potrzeb pomijanej gr.docelowej poddających się terapii os.uzależnionych, powracających do społeczeństwa po okresie destrukcji, oraz zagr.uzależnieniem. Stowarzyszenie Monar jest organizacją wyspecjalizowaną we wsparciu tej gr.docelowej. Projekt ma pozwolić na podjęcie i utrzymanie zatrudnienia przez 40 uczestników przez 6mcy (Polish)

The objective is to refer to levels of employment and social activity and employability. The project will take part in the 140th year of poverty and/or social exclusion. These will be people undergoing or graduates from the centre of the Monar and people at risk of social exclusion for reasons other than addiction, including “22odisability”. With the implementation of the project 60os. will obtain professional qualifications, 40 will be able to work, at least 56 % of the student will raise social competences. The project is characterised by: (a) an individual and subjective approach to the participants through the designation of a ‘Reinclusion’ in each individual Individual Support Capacity, whereby the participant takes an active part in its development and has an impact on the nature of the support offered and (b) the comprehensiveness of the support comprising a social, professional, educational and personal area (c) the inclusion of participants in individual therapeutic care (d) an approach favouring personal development, increasing and discovering personal, interpersonal and societal attractiveness rather than focusing on the levelling of deficits and deficits. Participation in the pro.s will begin with a diagnosis and will be linked to the development of individual profiles for integration. The project offers the following forms of support: # Individual and group support for a carer/therapist # one-to-one consultations with a professional adviser and work intermediary # workshop to increase the social competences of # training and vocational courses enhancing the competences and professional qualifications # internships # Individual and group matching educational gaps. The project offers support specifically addressed and tailored to the needs of the under-served, returning to the population after a period of destruction, and addiction. The Monar association is an organisation specialised in support of this purpose. The project aims to allow 40 participants to take up and maintain employment for 6 participants. (English)
