Projekt obejmuje remont pomieszczeń budynku na cele Dziennego Domu „Senior-WIGOR” w m. Głogówek ul. Lipowa dz. 837/15 we wschodniej części budynku. Płn. i płd. część budynku pełni funkcję Caritasu Diecezji Opolskiej. W ramach projektu zaplanowane zostały trzy zadania: - Roboty budowalne: - Nadzory związane z realizacją robót w ramach projektu - Montaż tablicy informacyjno-promocyjnej Planowana inwestycja swoim zakresem nie obejmuje zmian w zagospodarowaniu terenu. Projektowane prace ograniczają się do przebudowy oraz remontu wnętrza budynku, wymiany okien i drzwi zewnętrznych oraz remont pokrycia dachowego wraz z ociepleniem. Wymiary zewnętrzne budynku oraz zagospodarowanie terenu w zakresie niniejszego projektu pozostają bez zmian. Na działce oprócz ww. budynków znajdują się budynki sąsiadujące. Teren działki częściowo utwardzony i częściowo ogrodzony. Planowany jest remont budynku w zakresie: wymiana rynien, rur spustowych i obróbek blacharskich, remont pokrycia wraz z ociepleniem, wymiana drzwi zewnętrznych i wewnętrznych, wymiana okien, remont posadzek, ścian i sufitów, wykonanie świetlików międzykondygnacyjnych, montaż lamp, gniazd i włączników, wykonanie instalacji elektrycznej, c.o. i wod-kan. Produkt projektu tp: - Liczba osób zależnych korzystających z usług w zakresie opieki - 70 os. - Budynki dostosowane w ramach projektu do świadczenia usług w zakres opieki nad osobami zależnymi - 1 szt. W zakresie udogodnień dla niepełnosprawnych zostaną przygotowane podjazdy, poręcze, winda dla niepełnosprawnych a także przy wejściu zostanie zastosowana winda. Ponadto wewnątrz budynku cała komunikacja będzie dostosowana (szerokości korytarzy, brak progów, toalety). Rezultaty projektu to: - Liczba obiektów dostoswanych do potrzeb os. niepełnosprawnościami - 1 szt. - Udział projektu w odniesieniu do obszaru rewitalizacji - 9,13%. - Liczba wspartych obiektów infrastruktury zlokalizowanych na rewitalizowanych obszarach - 1 szt. The project involves the renovation of the building’s premises with a view to the objectives of the “Senior-WIGOR” in m. English 837/15 in the eastern part of the building. Part of the building fulfils the role of the Caritas Diocese of Opole.
