Przedmiotem projektu jest budowa budynku magazynowego wraz z niezbędną infrastrukturą techniczną oraz zakup nowoczesnych urządzeń do produkcji stolarki otworowej z aluminium, a także oprogramowania do zarządzania systemem produkcyjnym. Bezpośrednim efektem projektu będzie wdrożenie wyników przeprowadzonych badań oraz rozszerzenie oferty przedsiębiorstwa o nowy, dotychczas nieprodukowany asortyment drzwi aluminiowych o podwyższonej izolacyjności termicznej wyposażonych we wkładki termiczne oraz panel szybowy (szybę zespoloną) o obniżonym współczynniku przenikania ciepła z zastosowaną elastyczną, kompozytową ramką dystansową. Dodatkowo w wyniku inwestycji nastąpi poprawa jakości dotychczas produkowanych wyrobów stolarki aluminiowej dzięki zastosowaniu nowoczesnych urządzeń oraz wdrożeniu produkcji modułów szyb zespolonych o podwyższonej termoizolacyjności za sprawą ciepłej kompozytowej ramki pomiędzy taflami szkła oraz argonu jako gazu wstrzykiwanego w przestrzenie międzyszybowe. Okres realizacji projektu: 06.05.2019 - 30.04.2020 Całkowity koszt realizacji projektu wynosi 1.616.362,89 PLN, w tym: - koszty kwalifikowane: 1.314.116,18 PLN - koszty niekwalifikowane: 302.246,71 PLN Źródła finansowania kosztów kwalifikowanych projektu: - Środki publiczne (Europejski Fundusz Rozwoju Regionalnego): 52% - Środki własne: 48% Źródła finansowania kosztów niekwalifikowanych: - Środki własne: 100% (Polish)

The project consists of the construction of a warehouse building with the necessary technical infrastructure and the purchase of modern equipment for the production of builders’ joinery of aluminium and software for the management of the production system. The direct effect of the project will be the implementation of the results of the studies carried out and the extension of the company’s bid to a new, not yet produced, range of aluminium doors with enhanced thermal insulation fitted with thermal inserts and a shaft panel (group lens) with a reduced coefficient of heat transfer with a flexible, composite, spacer. In addition, as a result of the investment, there will be an improvement in the quality of the products manufactured so far with the use of modern equipment and the application of the production of module glass units with enhanced thermal insulation, with a warm composite frame between glass panes and argon as gas injected into between windows.
