Cel projektu to wzrost konkurencyjności oraz skali prowadzenia działalności "ZOMECH-ZAKŁAD OBRÓBKI MECHANICZNEJ" sp. z o.o. (dalej: ZOMECH) poprzez wdrożenie wyników prac B+R. W wyniku projektu ZOMECH wprowadzi na rynek nowy produkt - spawalnicze stoły montażowe nowej generacji o pow. do 2 m2 - ZWT400 (nazwa robocza), wytwarzane w oparciu o opracowaną w wyniku przeprowadzonych prac b+r technologię produkcji z wykorzystaniem nowego materiału (nie stosowanego dotychczas do produkcji spawalniczych stołów montażowych). Innowacyjność nowego produktu w stosunku do innych produktów tego typu obecnych na rynku wynika z zastosowania nowego typu materiału konstrukcyjnego, do tej pory nie wykorzystywanego do produkcji spawalniczych stołów montażowych o pow. poniżej 2 m2 - stali z gatunku HARTPLAST400, oraz zastosowania technologii produkcji umożliwiającej uzyskanie wysokojakościowego produktu finalnego w 100% zgodnego z założeniami konstrukcyjnymi. Kluczowe cechy innowacyjne produktu to: -zmniejszenie ścieralności stołów o co najmniej 15% (skrawalność, odporność na zarysowania): podatność do tworzenia zarysowań z punktu widzenia szerokości rysy, w µm: obniżenie wartości z 80,5 do 66,5 -wzrost wytrzymałości na obciążenie wynikający z twardości materiału o co najmniej 100%: twardość w HB - wzrost wartości z 150 do 310 -zwiększenie sztywności stołów o co najmniej 15% -wzrost żywotności produktu z 5 do 30 lat (600%) jako wypadkowa wyżej wymienionych parametrów. -stół montażowy ZWT400 posiadający w 100% wymiary zgodne z rysunkiem konstrukcyjnym (w porównaniu do ok. 90% przed usprawnieniem). Zadania: cel projektu zostanie zrealizowany dzięki inwestycji w środki trwałe. Zadanie szczegółowo opisano w pkt. D1 wniosku. Grupy docelowe: odbiorcami będą obecni oraz nowi klienci ZOMECH na rynku polskim i zagranicznym. Grupę docelową stanowią branże: motoryzacja, spawalnictwo, fabryki robotów, budownictwo, transport. The objective of the project is to increase the competitiveness and the scale of the activities of “ZOMECH-ZOMECH-WOŁAD MECHARICAL” sp. z o.o. (hereinafter: ZOMECH) through the implementation of the R & D results. following the project ZOMECH will introduce on the market a new product — new generation welding tables of up to 2 m² — WT400 (working name), produced on the basis of the new material produced as a result of the work carried out b + r using a new material (not used to manufacture mounting tables for welding). The novelty of the new product in relation to other products of this type present on the market is due to the use of a new type of structural material, to date not used for manufacturing mounting tables below 2 m², of HARTPLAST400 steel assembly tables, and for the application of production technology with a view to achieving 100 % quality final design. The key characteristics of an innovative product are: — Reduction of tables by at least 15 % (reversibility, scratching resistance): the susceptibility to scratch from the point of view of the width of the fish, in µm: lowering the value from 80,5 to 66,5 — increase of strength for load from hardness of material by at least 100 %: the hardness in HB — the increase in value from 150 to 310 — increase in the price of the table with at least 15 % — increase of the product’s lifetime from 5 to 30 years (600 %) as a result of the above-mentioned parameters. — HT400-table mounting table having in 100 % dimensions in accordance with the design attitude (compared to ca. 90 % before improvement). Tasks: the objective of the project will be realised through investments in physical assets. The task is described in detail in section. D1 of the application. The target groups: the customers will be present and new customers of ZOMECH on the Polish and foreign markets. The target group is the following sectors: automotive, welding, robot factories, construction, transport. The indicators are listed and described in C.II and C.III. (English)
