Projekt pn: " Przebudowa i wyposażenie budynku jednorodzinnego przy ul.Łubnej 17 we Włocławku z przeznaczeniem na funkcje placówki opiekuńczo - wychowawczej", stanowi II etap inwestycji w infrastrukturę społeczną w oparciu o zapisy Ustawy o wspieraniu rodziny i systemu pieczy zastępczej. Zakres przedmiotowej inwestycji obejmuje przebudowę budynku jednorodzinnego zlokalizowanego we Włocławku przy ul. Łubnej 17 z przeznaczeniem na funkcje placówki opiekuńczo - wychowawczej dla 14 dzieci wraz z opiekunami. Mając na względzie aktualne przepisy Rozporządzenia Ministra Infrastruktury w sprawie warunków technicznych, jakim powinny odpowiadać budynki i ich usytuowanie, obiekt objęty projektem zaprojektowano tak, aby spełnione zostały wymagania, jak dla zamieszkania zbiorowego. W ramach proj. wykonana zostanie również infrastruktura okalająca budynek w tym: podjazdy, miejsca parkingowe, ogrodzenie oraz teren rekreacyjny zawierający elementy architektury wypoczynkowej. W ramach I etapu zostaną wybudowane 3 placówki opiekuńczo – wychowawcze, w tym jedna typu interwencyjnego, terapeutycznego i socjalizacyjnego. (Polish)

Project pn: “The construction and equipment of a single-family building at ul.Łubna 17 in Włocławek for the functions of the care institution — bringing up”, is the second stage in the investment in social infrastructure, based on the provisions of the Family Support and Foster Care Act. The investment covers the reconstruction of an individual building located in Włocławek at ul. Łubna 17 for the functions of the care institution — up to 14 children together with carers. In view of the current provisions of the Regulation of the Minister for Infrastructure on the technical conditions to be met by buildings and their location, the project object has been designed to meet the requirements of collective residence. In addition, the infrastructure surrounding the building will also be constructed, including: ramps, parking spaces, fencing and recreational areas, including elements of leisure architecture. As part of Phase I, 3 care facilities will be built — bringing up children, including one type of intervention, therapeutic and social-welfare. (English)
