Transport zbiorowy to przeważnie największe koszty miasta (25-30% budżetu) wymagające ciągłej optymalizacji. Poszukiwane są rozwiązania integrujące usługi miasta z perspektywy klientów (np. mieszkańców którzy przemieszają się) jak i dostawców. Wygodne korzystanie z transportu w mieście oznacza obecnie intermodalność podróży i zintegrowane wnoszenie opłat (m.in. za parkowanie, przejazd koleją metropolitalną/miejską/podmiejską, autobusem, rowerem). Z uwagi na rosnącą konkurencję pomiędzy miastami, istotny staje się monitoring wskaźników kluczowych aspektów życia w mieście potwierdzonych stosowną certyfikacją na zgodność z normą ISO 37120:2014. Celem projektu jest przeprowadzenie badań i opracowanie rozwiązania zapewniającego unikalny na rynku pakiet narzędzi i usług: 1. Umożliwiających wygodne korzystanie z intermodalnego transportu zbiorowego, wraz z rozliczeniem finansowania i zintegrowanym, sprawiedliwym społecznie poborem opłat maksymalizującym wpływy ze sprzedaży dzięki powszechności uiszczania opłat za przejazd oraz zmniejszającym koszty windykacji. Zrealizowane będą analiza wykonalności i budowa systemu wygodnej podróż w modelach „hands free” i „pay-as-you-go” oraz zintegrowanie poboru opłat z nowoczesnymi instrumentami płatniczymi i nowymi usługami administracji publicznej (np. z integracją z rozwiązaniami obszaru Pomocy Społecznej i Rodziny np. 500+, zasiłki społeczne, Karta Dużej Rodziny), respektujące jednocześnie złożoność formalno-prawną (ulgi) i bezpieczeństwo. 2. Wspierających zarządzanie cyfrową infrastrukturą oraz usługami miast z wykorzystaniem sensorów i sterowników wraz z nowoczesnymi mechanizmami analizy i korelacji informacji płynących z różnych obszarów funkcjonowania miasta tak aby wspomagać właściwe decyzje związane z in (Polish)

Collective transport is mostly the largest cost of the city (25-30 % of the budget) requiring continuous optimisation.Solutions are being sought that integrate the city’s services from the perspective of customers (e.g. those who are co-mingled) and suppliers.Urban mobility now stands for intermodality and integrated payment of tolls (e.g. for parking, metropolitan/urban/suburban rail, bus, bike).In view of the increasing competition between cities, it is important to monitor indicators of key aspects of urban life confirmed by an appropriate certification of compliance with ISO 37120: 2014 standard.The aim of the project is to conduct research and develop a solution that will provide a unique market for tools and services in the market:1.Allowing the convenient use of intermodal collective transport, including the settlement of funding and the integrated, socially fair collection of levies, maximising the proceeds of sales through the use of toll payments and the reduction of the costs of collection.An analysis of the feasibility and the construction of a comfortable travel system in the & bald models will be carried out;I & bdquo; pays-as-isou-go & rdquo;and integration of toll collection with modern payment instruments and new public administration services (e.g. integration with social assistance and family solutions e.g.500 +, social benefits, the Charter of the Most Favoured Nation, while respecting the complexity of legal (relief) and security.2.Supporting the management of digital infrastructure and services of cities using sensors and controls, with modern mechanisms for analysis and correlation of information from different areas of operation of the city in order to assist in the correct decisions related to in (English)
