    Projekt je zacílen na podporu sociálního začleňování a aktivizace osob se zdravotním znevýhodněním (duševním onemocněním či kombinací diagnóz) prostřednictvím vzniku a provozu komunitního centra, činnosti komunitního sociálního pracovníka (v KC i v terénu), s využitím řady motivačních, iniciačních aktivit vedoucích k participaci a zplnomocnění cílové skupiny.
