Cílem projektu je zvýšit úroveň znalostí a dovedností 8 zaměstnanců, a zajistit tak soulad jejich kvalifikací a kompetencí s požadavky na vykonávané pracovní činnosti. Předpokladem k dosažení cíle jsou reálné potřeby a zájem zaměstnanců o plánované vzdělávací aktivity, které budou probíhat v dostatečně dlouhém časovém horizontu (20 měsíců realizace projektu), aby nebyly negativně ovlivněny firemní procesy. The aim of the project is to raise the level of knowledge and skills of 8 employees in order to ensure that their qualifications and competences are consistent with the requirements of the work performed. In order to reach the target, the real needs and interest of the staff in the planned training activities, which will take place in a sufficiently long period (20 months of project implementation), are necessary in order not to negatively affect corporate processes.
